Cheats won’t work now

Just bought the Rent expansion for PS5. Wanted to cheat a little money so I could buy an apartment house and check out the landlord thing. I hit the four corner buttons and the cheat window opens, but when I type motherlode and R2, all it does is make a sound, but no money is added. Admittedly, it’s been a long time since I have cheated, but I don’t know what I’m missing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Eric.
