Horses being taken away.

Wanted to see if anyone else has had their horse taken away because he was starving.  The only thing is, he was not starving.  It has happened twice now and I just went out of the game without saving.  Both horses still had young foals that were nursing.

This looks like it is a known bug being looked into.
