Drinking mixes in jacuzi
« on: January 20, 2011, 02:37:55 PM »
I personally find it the top of luxury; drinking underneath the stars a perfect glass of mix while being with your friends, listening to your facorite music in a beautifuly decorated environment in your top off the class hot tub.
Well, it is what my sim likes to do. But drinking in the hot tub? I didn't know that before.
Anybody else who has find some interesting stuff what sims can do in the hot tub? I mean in combination with other entertaining activities. I haven't suceeded my sim to watch tv from out the hot tub, for example.

Drinking juice and hiding clothes are the only cool stuff I know that sims can do in hot tubs. It is not a matter of how many special interactions the hot tub has, but actually the juice-drinking. Your sim can do many things while drinking (or at least holding the glass of juice).

I've seen them use the cheapest stereo.  Like, the sim has it in his inventory, then it automatically places on the little platform of the hot tub.

Ah yes, that's right. The stereo. Forgotten to mention that. But I thought that stereo gives a sim normally a +10 music moodlet, while listening to it from out of the hot tub it provides sims with a +20 to +30 music, depending on the taste of music and what kind is hearing.
Giving a even more better moodlet, than I advice you to scientifically upgrade the stereo. :D

I have used the portable (and cheapest) stereo in a party, but found that their mood won't go up to +30, it just becomes somewhere between +10 and +20.

Well, hot tubs are great for a party, especially when you have a dance floor, very nice lightening, a bar, a barkeeper, and a Dresser.

To change clothes? Maybe you don't want your Sims to dance in bathing suits after they've just emerged from the tub?  ;)
If you are afraid of changes

Let it be

Yeah, well, haha! Does that even make sence to you? Though it was actually the only thing I could come up with also.

Well, I thought that it would be strange to see a sim dancing and drinking in towels, while others wear jeans, suits etc. If you have a hot tub or a swimming pool in the room, and if you are caught skinny-dipping and someone pranked you, then the dresser is a must. :D

Although that sounds very logically for a real life situation, sims don't need those things to change clothes. Just click on your sims and tell them what clothes they need to weir.

Not when they get their clothes stolen while skinny dipping. Then you need to make them take a shower or change at a dresser.

@Naga; O really? Ha, funny! I didn't know that before. Maybe my sims are just not that mean to each other.

Priyansh, in that case the dresser is indeed andy. I must have overread the word 'pranked'.

Hiding the clothes of a skinny dipper can be good for making a story, video, or just for the screenshot, because it's the only way to make your sim wear a towel. Why would anyone ever want to use that in their story? I have no idea.

@Leto85: The dresser would be still needed because to get the clothes back, your sim must either take a bath or get clothes from a dresser. At least that is what I heard. :)

Addressing of a mod is prohibited, that's why I cannot tell you of a mod in detail, which enables towel-cloth in Create A Sim.
