whew, the first few days of this were tough with none of the usual hacks to rely on. Nonetheless, Lizzie and Fitzwilliam resolved their differences and became heroes on Tuesday of week three at 15:00 for a total score of 23460 minutes.

Bringing up the rear. Played most of this on triple speed and just made sure I followed the rules. Everything was finally finished Week 5, Tuesday at 8:30 a.m.

Another really fun challenge. Good advice not to wait until the last minute. It took a lot longer than I expected.

Finished up Week 4, Sunday at 5:11pm for 30791 minutes.

I’m guessing that Tipi must have used a similar strategy to me, just much better executed. I know that I made quite a few mistakes in my challenge file due to not having time to do a full practice run beforehand and that cost me at least a day or two, possibly more. But at least I was able play the whole challenge this time! :)

My sims finished their requirements Week 2 Thursday at 3.44pm which according to the spreadsheet gives me 16304.

It has just come to our attention that some players do not have the City Living Pack for the Unflirty Trait. If you do not own the City Living Pack, you may substitute Noncommittal for your missing trait.

Angel & Damia finished at Week 4, Day 4, 11:03 PM.

I'm about to sound like I'm making excuses - and I am.  But playtesting is a good idea because you make mistakes in a file that does not count rather than one that does and therefore you don't waste a good week and a half doing stupid stuff when it all could have been so much easier.

Also - reading the rules is a good idea.  (I didn't break them. I am still an idiot.)

I came back from vacation, and realised I still had some time to squeeze this one out.

My Sims took 24686 minutes to get all their ducks in a row.

This challenge is now closed.

Wow. For a tough and time-consuming event, this challenge saw great participation. Well done, everyone. Hats off to team member @mismck for devising this bad boy.

Congrats to @Tipi on the win. I see that Tipi has not been online in several days, so hopefully, they will be back soon to share their strategy. I think everyone wonders how they came in with such a great time. Last year's world champ, @jesslc, mentioned she must have had a similar strategy to Tipi, so it will be interesting to see what both players did.

for me the last thing completed was getting the necessary promotions so I wonder if they used the trick to become notorious/ have a terrible reputation which allows you to pay a 1k bribe to increase work performance. Or using programming skill to hack work performance perhaps? I think there's a way to call or schmooze boss to help with that too but couldn't remember how hence getting promotions the traditional, and slower, way.

Can't wait to hear the winning strategies.

The last thing for me was to get the 500.000 $ !
Both my sims were level 8 of their careers 4 or 5 days ago, in week 3.

I wonder how it is possible to get 500.000 $ so quickly, with no possibility to add other sims to the household and groups forbidden.
And sure, I wonder too how it is possible to get level 8 of a career in week 2 without the wising well. I can't wait to read yout strategies  :D
