If you want, I could try doing something similar to what I did in Sunset Valley 2.0. The films studio is really easy to place, by the way.

If I were you, I'd start by converting the Red Rendezvous into a Late Night bar. Personally I'd zone it as a Dive, but I'm sure it'd work as a Sports or even Vampire bar. If the Late Night bars from Bridgeport are fiddly to place, you could easily download some smaller ones from the Swap Shop to fit in around the empty lots in town (danefaith has uploaded some good clubs at the time of posting this and I'm sure there'll be more in the future). All this you can do without placing new empty lots or deleting the original buildings, which would also give you even more space. Good luck!

I definitely did the Red Rendezvous conversion myself.  Such a dive.

Oh, sweet irony, deliver me from coincidence.

Please feel free to utilize any of my builds in any of your stories and so forth.

Although I'm not the one who created the thread, but as you offered a redesign of Twinbrook... I would really appreciate it! You did a great job with Sunset Valley!

Have a nice day.
