I know a way to make it much shorter...
Instead of 'Bottle feed' click 'Age up', because that's somehow similar.

This is a DNF for me.

I burst out laughing at that.

Very fun challenge. I'm glad I started last weekend, because it took a lot longer than I thought.

64 infants, 33 milestones, total score of 85.12.

Glad you had fun. :) I looked at your total, glanced at your forum name and thought...ALMOST! Lol. How cool would that have been?

Needed to finish this up before a disc golf livestream started in an hour. What a shock! -- back of the bus as usual.

59 infants and 30 milestones.

59 X 1.30 = 76

90 infants. 36 milestones.

122.4

I don't think I'm ever going to have a sim child again.

This event is now closed.

SueDenim and mismck both had 11th-hour final submissions.  Elinoee's and SueDenim's scores are fully listed with the decimal point to determine the winner. No other players were tied, so all other scores reflect our traditional practice of dropping any numbers carried past a decimal point.

Thanks for participating, everyone. Strategies can now be discussed.

baby challenges are never my forte but this one really was a challenge with infants and the tortuous crying so I'm full of admiration to those high scorers.

Thought I'd share some stats from my game. Played with all expansions except Wedding Stories, Werewolves and High School Years:
*Elders who died of old age before they could adopt: 4
*Eligible mums who moved out before I could play the household: 5
*Eligible mums missed due to my idiocy: 3 - two I skipped despite working through a printed alphabetical list, one I had her male roommate adopt accidentally rather than her
*Eligible mums moved in: 1 but too late - Dana; if only she had been called Lana
*Teens who aged up in time to be eligible: 0 - though Malcolm Landgraab aged up no female teens did in time for their slot

My favourite moment was when Jesminder Bheeda, with their cramped living quarters, decided to lay down her infant outside the apartment door just as Vlad was skulking along the corridor, making it look like she was an offering.

Hi everyone  :)

Wow, it was really tight between @SueDenim and I !

Here is my strategy:

1) I listed all the young adult, adult and elder females sims in my game in alphabetical order. I added the non binary ones.
It made me a list of 76 potential mothers (I have all the expansions).

2) After a long time thinking about it and calculating, I decided to spend 3 days just making the mothers one after another adopt one infant each, beginning from Alice Martin and ending with Sonia Gothik (her name is Sonia and not Bella in french game), which already made me 67 infants during these first 3 days (and 3 milestones only, because I just kept switching from one mother to another).

3) Before playing a household with more than one potential mother, I made the others move to other house(s), so that I could play them later respecting the alphabetical order.

4) After the first 3 days, I had 9 potential mothers and 18 days left, so 2 days for each, exactly what I needed. My plans were to make each of the 9 mothers have a science baby and adopt an infant, and then switch to the next household as soon as the science baby grows to an infant.

5) For each of the 9 households, i set the fertile lot trait. Thanks to that, 7 of the 9 mothers had twins  after asking for a science baby (one of them had only one baby, and another one had triplets).
Vivian Lewis (elder) was included in the 9 households and just had enough time to have 2 science babies and adopt. She died from old age the next day vut that was not a problem because I had move her with Diego Lobo when I played her previous household (with Alice Spencer-Kim, her daughter in law). That made a total of 26 infants, added to the 67 previous= a total of 93

6) Playing those 9 households, I focused on getting different kind of milestones with the adopted infants while waiting to the science babies to age up. First household focused on fine motor ones, second on gross motors, another one in « firsts », another one in « social », etc.
I finally got a total of 32 different milestones, which was a bit hard!

@Vesper , I realized while planning the challenge that the teenagers would be completely unuseful because of their new life stage length, you're right...
Shame that you missed some of the eligible mothers  :-\

Looking at Elinoee's strategy and number of eligible mothers I may have messed up. I included homeless Sims in the households bin as Super Moms because the rules refer to households rather than lots and mention that we could move Sims between households.

If these Sims need to be excluded then my score would be 98 which doesn't affect ranking but want to clear it up if this is the case.

I only use premade sims that lived in houses, not homeless sims.
