Hmmm . . . Juniper . . . I don't know . . . that smoldering look Kazuma gave Karina at Karaoke is pretty compelling!

I like his dark looks - such a change from the blonds. Of course, it's all up to Karina, as it should be.

I am also looking forward to the new expansion pack. I'm already planning to figure out how to adjust my planned generations for the horse pack, now I'll need to figure out how to adjust for the For Rent pack - all those new aspirations!  What fun!

I've watched over 80 rl hours of Yakuza LP streams (as Youtube VODs) featuring Kazuma Kiryu, so I'm very definitely a big fan of his simself. ;)
Your comment about "the blonds" surprised me.
So far, the Mistura founder and heirs consist of 3 brunettes, one redhead, and three blonds.
I did love the look of dark-skinned Daichi with white-blond hair! ;D

After Karina, who is the Gen7 heir, there will be three more Mistura heirs and one of them will definitely do a For Rent themed generation!
The new world of Tomarang looks wonderful and that black-haired guy in the trailer is super cute!  He better not be married! *shakes fist

I've just watched the trailer for the new expansion pack. What are they doing to us? So many good things and I haven't really got to grips with the horses, never mind the lemonade stands!
It does look amazing! I'm glad it doesn't release until after I get home. I don't think "needing to play a new expansion pack" is covered by my travel insurance  ;D

Your comment about "the blonds" surprised me.

Yeah, that was probably out of context - I mean, completely in context in my head, as I was thinking about how well cute Sebastian fit in with Kage and Akira's blond good looks. And then my brain went to the idea of choosing a complete opposite in appearance, as in the darker tone hotness of both Pike and Kazuma. But I can see how my comment, on it's own, is a bit puzzling.  :)

I'm quite sure my For Rent will come after yours . . . it's just too tempting to learn from you first!

@Granny Lawlor
I'm not a fan of sim-horses but I did enjoy the Horse Ranch pack for its new world, nectar making, and great DAS clothing.
Honestly, I've gotten got much more enjoyment out of the Home Chef Hustle stuff pack. Love the new aspirations and the food stand is really fun!

Haha, yeah, don't ask your insurance agent that question!
But you do have Home Chef Hustle's food stand to play around with when you return home!

Will you be traveling for 2 or 3 more weeks?
Wishing you a wonderful journey!

Less than 2 weeks left  :'( but I'm expecting to be a bit jet-lagged for a while, plus that laundry mountain to climb ::)
Now in Franz Josef after travelling the trans-alpine train - amazing scenery!

Not to detract from your travels, but James Turner streamed his first look at the For Rent expansion pack trailer.
He goes over the trailer in detail and combines info from the EA blog.  If you feel like you need more about the new pack, here's the link:

Hehe, I'm rather excited about the next Mistura update...

7.46: Naughty or Nice?

Sunday, Week 46  (early winter)
Karina: I moved out to San Myshuno last Wednesday after Papa tried to ground me.
Papa's so over-protective that I had to get away to live my own life!
Since moving, I gave Kazuma my apartment key but also discovered that Juniper Adams isn't a ghost.
I didn't enjoy Prom with Kazuma much. Maybe I should graduate early.

Kazuma comes over a lot.
He arrives at 10 am, saying my morning just got 100% more awesome.
Does he mean because he's here?
I leave him dancing in my apartment while I go check out the Flea Market.

Oh look! My favorite vendor is working the Vietnamese food stall!
I can't tell anymore. Am I stalking Juniper or is he stalking me?

Juniper closes his stall down to chat with me.
In a moment of weakness, I ask him to be my boyfriend again.
Why am I so attracted to him? I better let him get back to work before he loses his job.

Seeing an empty vendor table reminds me I still have juice packs to sell, but it's too cold here!

I stop by my crib to grab 7 juice packs.
At Desert Bloom Park, they quickly sell for over $38k with a 300% markup.
Did you notice my hair isn't lavender anymore?
I've gone back to my original blond hair but with lavender accents.

What a surprise to see Sebastian Diaz at the park!
We both have free time, so I invite him to the Ippai izakaya in Mt. Komorebi.
I discover that I have a huge crush on Sebastian.
(counts fingers) Kazuma, Juniper, and Seb.  I'm pretty sure I can handle three crushes…

I hadn't expected our date to earn a gold medal, but we do have amazing compatibility.
How could I resist asking him to be my boyfriend?
It's so hard to decide which one I like best.
Maybe I also need to ask out Kazuma and Juniper to help me choose.
(Looks like I need to ask Kazuma for my apartment key back…)

Monday
I take a vacation day from school to sell 7 more juice packs.
With that money, I upgrade and redecorate my kitchen.
The rest of my apartment still looks cringe, but my new kitchen looks fantastic!

In the evening, I invite Kazuma over and get my apartment key back.
Then, I ask him on a date to Bowl-a-Ramma (sic) Bowling in Willow Creek.
Monday's a bad day for bowling because it's Bears Night, so the bears make us tense.
Neither of us know how to keep score, but we have a blast anyway.  (A gold-medal blast!)

Tuesday
Juniper always seems to be working somewhere.
This morning before school, he was work two stalls at the Arts Quarter.
But I travel home with him from school then ask him out to Cadenza Lounge in Oasis Springs.
Oh yeah! Look who's a bonafide Player now!

After one date each, I'm no closer to deciding who I like best.
Brown-eyed Kazuma is Good and Self-Assured. He looks tough, but he's a sweetie on the inside.
Green-eyed Sebastian is an Active Music-Lover.  He and Kazuma are both really fit!
Violet-eyed Juniper has the worst traits: Childish, Genius, Slob. A Re-Traiting Potion could fix that!

I guess Kazuma and Sebastian offer more potential since they're teens like me.
But Juniper seems to have The Fates in his corner.
If Juniper and I were to live together, would he still keep his Vendor job?

In the evening, I throw a dinner party for my family and the Vargas household.
My parents aren't crazy about my grungy apartment, but seem proud of me.
Papa apologizes for how he acted last week but it's too late now.
I'll be a young adult in several days and don't plan on ever moving back to Moonwood Mill.

Wednesday
I hate Trendi but I want to become an Admired Icon.
What bad planning! I should've waited to throw yesterday's dinner party today!
Maybe I can throw a party for my teen friends!
My boyfriends aren't welcome, though, because that would cause too much drama.

My keg party is bumping!
It takes so long to convince anyone to help me do a keg stand.
I barely finish the keg stand in time to earn a gold medal!
Not sure how I managed to gather 759 followers but, hey, I'm an Iconic sim!

Thursday
Karina: Were you working when I phoned to ask you to come with me to Plumbite Pier?
Juniper: Good guess! Don't worry, I'll change before we take the photo.
Karina: What's with this photo!?
Juniper: Shall we take another photo?

Friday
Kazuma: Your place has changed a lot since I was last here on Sunday. Looks great!
Karina: Thanks. I have a surprise for you, too.  A new gaming setup and Watcher's current fave game.
Kazuma: What? Your Watcher plays Yakuza? I love this game!
Karina: Nah, but she really enjoys watching Ray play it.

Karina: You kinda look like the main character.
Kazuma: A little, except the video game's character leads a violent life so he looks older.
Plus, Watcher gave me a softer look with a more stylish hairstyle, hehe.

Saturday
Karina: I age up with a cake as soon as my birthday notice arrives this morning.
After joining the Culinary career, I travel to San Sequoia's Celebration Center to sell my juice.

Marla: Look, there she is! That's my friend Karina Savalani. Don't you think we look kinda alike?
Akira: You two do look alike. And Savalani's the maiden name of my brother Kage's wife.
Olivia: You mean to say that our missing Karina was abducted by Kage!?

Akira: *explains to Karina about how she went missing as an infant.
Olivia: Hey, can we make that a group hug?
Karina: I can't believe that you two are my real parents!  Wait till I see "Uncle Kage" next!
Hearing all this at once is so overwhelming. I need to go home and be alone.
Akira: Here's our phone number, Karina. Let's meet again soon. We've missed you so much!

Back in San Myshuno
Karina: So, all that time, I wasn't even living with my "real" family? Why did Uncle Kage do that to me?
It's all so stupid!  Parents, children, family--I could care less about all that anymore!
Anyway, I'm Noncommittal now, so who needs to settle down? I'll simply enjoy life and have fun!
I'll just have one more cup of keg juice (hic) and then… *passes out

Karina: I love that you invited me to the Romance Festival, Sebastian.
Sebastian: Of course, I'd ask you.  You're my girlfriend and my bestie, after all.
Karina: I was feeling really down when you phoned me, but now I'm feeling rather generous.
You're an Active sim, so how about we visit the gym?

Sebastian: Not what I expected we'd be doing when you invited me to the gym.
Karina: ?
Sebastian: Not complaining!

Kazuma: Your invitation to this hot springs makes me so happy, but is this really what you want?
Karina: What do you mean?
Kazuma: Well, you're Noncommittal but I'm Family Oriented. I'm not exactly a great match for you.
Karina (to herself): Whatever…

Juniper: How great that you're finally a young adult like me! Discotheque Pan Europa, eh?
Do you wanna dance, get a drink, or…?
Karina: Let's or!

Sunday, Week 47
Karina: It's 4 am and I just dragged my exhausted, intoxicated self home from the club.
Should I finish off the juice keg or go to bed?
Hmmm, since I work in 14 hours, I better get some sleep.
I'm feeling a bit queasy, though. Must be the sight of those cockroaches.

Notes
*Keg Party: I wasn't sure a teen could host and complete a keg party.
So, teen sims can't drink kava but they can drink keg juice and nectar.
And they can use the Bubble Blower, too.

*Risky Woohoo:: This is a feature of the MC Command Center mod.
It adds a risk of getting pregnant to vanilla Woohoo, which can be freely set as a percentage.
The source challenge requires that the Try for Baby % be lowered from the default 80% to 50%.
Instead, I replaced that with Risky Woohoo with a 20% risk.

*Woohoo in the hot springs: We chose the hot springs because Kazuma is Japanese.
What a terrible idea! Karina and Kazuma kept getting interrupted mid-woohoo by other sims.
I finally had to temporarily lock the onsen's front door to give them some privacy.

Oh karina! You're really embracing that Non-committal trait. Still, finding out that your "father" is your uncle and that you've got a whole other family? That's got to mess with your head.

Queasy, eh? Let's see what the morning brings. Hangover or ...

Looking forward to the next episode. 😀

Yes, queasy.  Oh, Judi! You know me so well.... <3

This is the first time I've played a sim in a Needs TLC apartment since the Growing Together pack.
Karina kept getting the self-discovery option for the Squeamish trait and I couldn't figure out why.
Then I checked her moodlets and she had one for cockroaches.  Funny!
(But I like having my sims fish so the Squeamish trait it out.)

7.47: I Like the Bartender

Sunday, Week 47 (mid-winter
Karina: I spent the first part of last week trying to decide which of my three boyfriends I liked best.
Kazuma, Juniper, and Sebastian are attractive for very different reasons.
Saturday, I discovered that my friend Marla was actually my sister and I reunited with my real parents.
Devastated, I went home and got wrecked then hooked up with each of my boyfriends.

After sleeping in, I wake up still feeling queasy.
I don't remember much of last night but I take a pregnancy test just in case.
Are you kidding me? I’m pregnant!?
What is with my life lately? I'm like a magnet for bad luck!

Olivia: Now that we know where you are, I wanted to come for a visit. Oh, you're pregnant!
Karina (changes subject): I feel strange calling you Mama since we hardly know each other…
Olivia: How exciting, Karina!  Our very first grandchild!
You'll invite your father and I to stay over, of course.
Karina (feebly): Uh, of course. (She didn't even ask who the father is?)

Monday
Today, I want to find out whose baby I'm carrying so I contact a psychic.
She asks who I think my baby daddy is.
Since I hooked up with Sebastian first, I think he must be the father.
The psychic tells me visit her at 9 am, so I schedule an ultrasound for 10:30.

According to the spirits, the father isn't who I thought it was, so it can't be Sebastian.
So, it's Kazuma or Juniper? Based on the timing, I'm sure it's Kazuma!
What a relief to hear that I'm only carrying one child, a girl.
Still, I'm terrified about raising a child on my own. I have zero Parenting skill.

Karina: You're not going to be happy about this, but could we go for a paternity test? I want you to feel sure!
Kazuma (after the test proves he's the father): I couldn't be happier about having a child with you!
Karina: I'm giving you back a copy of my apartment key so you can visit whenever you want.
Kazuma: You tell me you're carrying our daughter then hand me your apartment key?
I can do so much better than that!

Kazuma: I wish I could've proposed to you before you got pregnant.
I know you're noncommittal, Karina, but will you take a chance on us?
Karina: I don't know what to say…
Kazuma: Say yes!

Tuesday
Kazuma: Why are you so obsessed with gaming lately? You even bought a gaming rig yesterday.
Karina: I need to win a contest at GeekCon, which is today. I'm not ready.
Kazuma: Speaking of being ready, why don't you want to elope right away?
Karina: We can't marry or live together until after I give birth tomorrow. But you need to pack!

Karina: I hope my baby isn't traumatized by all this activity.
I'm such a noob that I accidentally join a Novice Gaming Tournament first.
The extra practice helps out, though, cuz I later pass the Ultimate Gaming Test.
My last City Native task is to max the Singing skill.  Good thing Kazuma loves karaoke!

Sebastian: Is that my baby, Karina?
Karina: No, and that's why we have to be just good friends. Are we still good, bestie?

Juniper: I was so sure that you'd choose me, Karina.
Karina: I'm choosing my baby's father, Juniper. Here, drink this Rejuv Potion.
It'll shave 13 days off your young adult stage so you can restart your pursuit of romance.

Later in the afternoon, I host a Family Reunion at the house where I was born.
Besides spending time with family, I want to introduce Kazuma and announce our engagement.
Kaz looks right at home, chatting with my father as if they hadn't only met today.

When I'd planned this Family Reunion, I saw the option to designate or hire a Mixologist.
So I bring along my portable bar and become a Master Mixologist.

After the party, all kinds of news greet me at home.
Seb and Juniper didn't waste any time. They got married while I was still hosting the Family Reunion.
Also, Uncle Kage moved in a second wife, so Watcher had to step in and sort that mess out.
Frankly, if I never see Uncle Kage again, it'll be too soon!

Wednesday
Our little girl has her father's coloring with my pointy ears.  And she's a spellcaster.
I name her Stella, after the Belgian beer "Stella Artois."
And now, Kazuma and I can get married and he can move in with us.

Kazuma: Stella's adorable but I'd really like a son, too, Karina.
Karina: I was also just thinking that I want a boy who looks like his father.
Kazuma: Hey, what's that squeaking sound? Is your apartment infested with…
Karina: Yeah, rats. *shrugs

Kazuma: This is no place to raise our children, Karina!
When I moved into this apartment, I self-discovered the Squeamish trait! No thanks!
Look at those cockroaches scurrying around the floor! And that nasty rat next to Stella!
You're off today but you work tomorrow. Pack your things, we're moving tonight!

Thursday
Karina: Instead of renting, we decide to buy the 1 Torendi Tower Penthouse.
You might think we're being extravagant, but it cost us $156,640.
Considering I earned $60-90k every time I sold juice packs, we could easily afford the penthouse.
And, with its 3 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, we'll never have to move again!

Kazuma: *introduces Stella to her Grandpa Akira
Karina: Thanks for agreeing to stay over, Papa! (Still feels a little odd calling him that.)
Akira: I'm happy to help out, especially since you work nights, Karina.
Stella is my first grand-child, you know!

Friday
Akira: It's 2 am, Karina! Can't you get off work at a more reasonable hour?
Karina: Once I get another promotion, I'll be home by midnight.
Akira: And what about Kazuma? What's he planning to do for income?
Karina: He's Family Oriented so he wants to avoid fixed employment for now.

Kazuma: Karina learned from her ob-gyn this morning that she's having twin boys!  Twins!
Since we're both Frugal, our weekly bills are only $7,553, which I'd like to cover.
I wonder if Karina can get juice fizzing stations to work at this penthouse lot.
If not, I'll use her orchids to craft ikebana (Japanese flower arrangng) centerpieces.

Saturday
Karina: Stella feels Well Cared For after I feed her, so I ensure she feels Loved, too.
Soon, she's ready to age up from a Top-Notch Infant into a Silly toddler.
My parents will be arriving soon, so Kazuma and I get ready to leave for the hospital.

Karina: I'd chosen Stella's name, so I tell Kazuma to choose our sons' names.
He names them after Sake brands: Hiroki and Yuki.
Yuki (snow) is part of the brand name "Yuki no Bosha (Cabin the the Snow).

Karina: We bring our newborns home and age them up into infants right away.
Hiroki (left) is Wiggly and Yuki (right) is Calm.
They're both spellcasters with my darker complexion, violet eyes, and pointy ears.
But they have Kazuma's dark hair and small mouth.

Is it just my imagination, or do they also share Kazuma's intense gaze?

Kazuma: Karina's gone to work and her parents' presence is such a blessing!
Stella is getting to know her Grandma Olivia better.
Yuki is already friends with Grandpa Akira but only acquaintances with his grandma.

Kazuma: I'm convinced that Hiroki should be the next heir.
It's just a gut feeling, but Karina says the decision is mine.

Gallery price: $112,906 of Takahashi penthouse.
I placed this on a larger lot to allow more yard space and a greenhouse.
Also added: 3rd bedroom with ensuite + 5th bathroom.  Edited price: $156,640.

Progress: End of Week 47
Residence: 1 Torendi Tower, Fashion District (San Myshuno)

Notes
*I Like the Bartender: This update's title is from the song "Bartender" by T-Pain. :D

*Source Challenge: All of Karina's requirements have now been revealed.
Her requirements were drawn from Gen3 of the Whimsy Stories Legacy by kateraed.
The only changes I made are:
   - Aspirations: Serial Romantic --> Added Goal Oriented and Master Mixologist
   - Try for Baby (50% risk) with 3 different sims in one night --> Risky Woohoo (20% risk)
If you'd like to see the source challenges for all of the Mishmash generations so far, click here.

*Kazuma's proposal: I used MCCC to get Kazuma (as an NPC) to propose to Karina.
I was afraid she might decline because she's noncommittal, but she said yes the first time. Yay!

*Kage's married life: We got a notice that Kage married Katelynn Rocca.
I thought maybe he'd broken up with Lara Savalani or that she'd passed away.
Nope, cheeky Kage was living in the same house with two wives.
I had MCCC break up Kage and Katelynn, then moved her back with her parents. Sheesh!
Friday night, I checked Kage again and he's no longer married to Lara Savalani, either.
Lara, however, is still married to Kage. The heck?

OHHHH, rats and cockroaches!  NASTY!  Glad they moved out fast!

YAY!! For Kazuma! I wanted it to be him. He's so . . . smoldering hot!

Three adorable babes! So Kazuma picks the next heir . . . he seems to have a fave already, but he's got all winners to choose from.

I hadn't planned for Karina to move as soon as Kazuma moved in, but the sight of the rat running around on Stella's playmat was unbearable!
With my style of gameplay, I find living in San Myshuno quite difficult. The penthouse's extra space is much appreciated, though.

Karina decided to woohoo first with whoever invited her to the Romance Festival, so Sebastian had a good chance of being the baby daddy.
Sebastian, Kazuma, and Juniper all have great genes, but I'm glad family-oriented Kazuma was the one.
Haha, maybe Karina's kids will end up marrying the children of Sebastian or Juniper...

7.48: Stressful Stayover

Sunday, Week 48  (late winter)
Karina: Last Sunday, I discovered I was eating for two without knowing who the other parent was.
Kazuma was thrilled to learn he was the father of our daughter Stella.
After moving in with us, he was NOT thrilled about the rats and cockroaches running around.
Long story short, the three of us moved to a fancy penthouse and I gave birth to twins yesterday.
From L to R: my husband Kazuma holding Hiroki, Stella, and me holding Yuki.

Yesterday, before the twins were born, Stella aged up to a Silly toddler.
My parents are here on a stayover, so Stella never feels neglected, even while I'm working.

Karina: Kazuma was a little overwhelmed with gardening this morning.
So I convened a club gathering with "Tend Garden" as its only club activity to help Kazuma out.
News flash, Mama.  Talking to plants isn't actually considered tending the grden.
Kazuma: Thanks for trying, Karina.

Kazuma is such a natural at looking after our children.
You can tell he's really enjoying it, too!

Monday
Karina: I'm not sure what's up with my parents.
They both have the Fresh Chef trait, but they never cook.
And, even though they both have the Forever Full trait, they're constantly eating.
They eat the meals I've prepared for the kids, then leave their dishes lying around.
It's too late now but if I'd had L5 Research & Debate, I could've convinced them to cook.

Kazuma's the first to notice that Hiroki is ready to age up. An hour later, I age up Yuki, too.
They were only infants for two days, but my parents were making infant care too difficult.
Mama would often pick an infant up when we're about to do Tummy Time. Her timing's the worst!

Charmer Hiroki and Independent Yukii both earn the Top-Notch Infant trait.
They look so much alike!
I gave Hiroki a complete makeover in greens before realizing it was Yuki who favors grays.
Now that all three kids are toddlers, looking after them should be easier.

Olivia: I'm having such a great time here, Akira! I don't have to cook or clean!
And whenever I'm hungry, I just grab a serving from the Baker's Cousin Display Case!
Akira: It's not right, Olivia! We're the ones who should be preparing meals that don't spoil.

Karina (whispers to Kazuma): With last night's L8 promotion, I have the Fresh Chef trait now, too.
Kazuma (whispers): I moved the Display Case and fridge into rooms that your parents can't enter.
If they want to eat a meal every two hours, they'll have to cook for themselves.

Karina: How can my parents, especially Mama, be so oblivious?
Before work, I tend to the children, prepare meals, and clean up after my parents.
Then, I go to my job where I work hard most of the night.
I guess my parents consider this stayover as more of a vacation than as helping out.

Tuesday
We spend the day at Desert Bloom Park in search of warm weather.
Sadly, it's a cold and windy day, but everyone enjoys the change of scenery.
Doesn't Hiroki look adorable in his argyle vest?

Kazuma and I finally have some time to ourselves once the kids go to bed in the evening.
I'm trying to write three bestsellers and Kazuma's trying his hand at ikebana.
We're in a small nook between the elevator and a bathroom, but we prefer being downstairs.
If any of the kids need us, we're right nearby!

Wednesday
Akira: Listen up, grandson! I love you to pieces but you've got to stop asking me why!
Hiroki:  Why?

Karina: Here's more shameless toddler spam while I report the children's progress.
By mid-afternoon, Stella and Hiroki have mastered all their toddler skills.
Yuki still has one or two more days to go.
Stella's birthday is Saturday. The question is, should we age up the twins on the same day?

Kazuma: There's a new annoying thing where folks show up wanting to hang out at our house.
They appear in our elevator room with some flakey greeting.
My father-in-law Akira is staying over but even he does it.  Yeah, fine, you can mentor me, Akira.
When my MIL Olivia did it twice in one day, I got so bothered that I asked her to leave.
(She returned right away, of course, since she's here on a stayover.  *rolls eyes)

Thursday
Kazuma: Yuki mastered all his toddler skills this afternoon, so the kids are all free-ranging now.
Like Karina, I also become Long-Lived with Papa Akira's help.
I need to ask Watcher to tone down my bulk, though.

Karina: I bring home my Level 9 promotion as a Mixologist tonight.
Should I quit after maxing my career? It's hard working nights with small children at home.
Did you guess that Kazuma's an aspiring City Native, too?
To improve our singing while our babies sleep, we bought a home karaoke set.

Kazuma: How do you sound so good, Karina?  I still can't help singing off-key.
Karina: What's your singing level?  I'm level 7.
Kazuma: Really? You've been practicing without me! That's it!
Karina: What are you going to do?
Kazuma: I'm going to give our karaoke system the Pitch Enhancer upgrade!

Friday
Karina: Yuki was done with all his toddler skills yesterday afternoon.
So, we age up all three toddlers up this morning.
Stella was born three days before the twins, but they're all the same age now.
We think they'll enjoy being the same age and doing things together.

Stella's a Good sim. There's no mistaking her for her brothers.
Our next heir Hiroki is Adventurous, while Yuki is a Vegetarian.
Hiroki (in greens) and Yuki (in grays) aren't as stern as they appear here.
They wouldn't keep still, so I couldn't manage to catch them smiling.

Hiroki: We spend the rest of the day as aspiring Whiz Kids and Social Butterflies.
We joined Scouts, too, so we also earn a few badges.
Sadly, we can't go fishing anywhere in San Myshuno because the water's freezing.
Does it ever get warm in San Myshuno?

Saturday
Hiroki: I'm Adventurous, so I love fishing! And Desert Bloom Park has lots of fishing spots!
Yuki: I'm Vegetarian so I'm not sure about fishing, but I love this warm weather!
Stella: Hah! I caught more fish than the two of you combined!

Hiroki: We eat Razzberries to get Playful then play on the space gym.
Stella: Look, this is how you Stomp Playfully.  Just tap your foot like this.
Yuki: That water's going to ruin my shoes! Why didn't we auto-change into our swimwear?
Hiroki: You're right! If we're gonna play in the water, we should be in our swimwear!

Kazuma: I'm fishing at the back of the park, when Prince Mistura casts his line right next to me.
I never knew Karina's a descendant of such a celebrated artist.
Then, when I catch my first fish (with Prince mentoring me), I gain the Adventurous trait.
How cool that my son Hiroki and I are both Adventurous!

Karina: There's a Wishing Well at this park, so I wish for a guaranteed promotion to L10.
Instead, the Well grants me a full promotion and I max the Mixologist career.
And this means that I've completed all my requirements as the Gen7 heir!
I phone in to ask for tonight off.  I'll decide later whether I want to keep working.

Kazuma: Karina, I need to "Kiss someone at the Romance Festival" to become a City Native.
Of course, that someone has to be you!

Karina (to herself): Wow, I was here kissing Sebastian Diaz for the same reason only 2 weeks ago.
And now I'm here with my husband Kaz, our three children, and my real parents.
Today's the last day of Year 4. Not only does time fly but life is strange!

Progress: End of Week 48
Residence: 1 Torendi Tower, Fashion District (San Myshuno)

Notes
*Grandparents/great-grandparents & stayovers Are stayovers getting worse?
Gen2 Carlos & Artiz were perfection during their stayover as Gisela's great-grandpas.
Gen3 Izar/Marcos and Gen4 Gisela/Rogelio were also a great help to Gen6 Felicia and Daichi.
Akira was quite helpful but Olivia was very disruptive.
And why do they need to eat every two hours when they have the Forever Fulll trait?
I guess Carlos/Aritz and Izar/Marco set the bar extremely high for productive stayovers.
Oh well, when Akira and Olivia's stayover ends, we can "liberate" the Display Case and fridge.

*Uncle Kage
After Kage left with Karina, her brother Daizen phoned Kage every single day to chat.
After Karina moved from Moonwood Mill to San Myshuno, Kage's only phoned once or twice.
  It's like he knows!

Congrats to Karina on completing her requirements. Wow, she did them really quickly.

Maybe her parents weren't good at the stayover because they're still getting over the trauma of having Karina kidnapped...? I had been thinking grandparents staying over was the way to go but now...not so much. Mind you, real life experience was also unhelpful.

Ah, Hiroki is the Adventurous heir. Looking forward to seeing his adventures 😀
