Need Help Becoming a Wildfang

I wanted one of my teen werewolves to join the Wildfangs. There is currently no alpha. It's "in transition". I can't find many werewolves in my neighborhood. The 2 collective werewolves are there. And Gregg - the lone wolf. The few other werewolves are like normal sims in werewolf form. My teen sim is the only one even interested in the Wildfangs!
