Searching for windows (Base game compatible)

Hello everyone.

OK, so those of you who have seen my posts know that I often get issues. But between the issues, bugs and random stuff I also do a lot of playing. But when that gets kind of boring I want to try my building skills that are non existing in the Sims 4. (It's also very boring to use the lots "Vista Quarry" and "Raffia Quinta" in all worlds).

While playing in Newcrest I did find some nice "deco buildings" that seemed quite easy to recreate. But I can not find the windows (see picture below). As I don't own many packs I must look for mods but I feel quite limited to Base game compatible items. I did check the windows at ModTheSims And I did go through 85 pages at The Sims Resource but found non that looked alike. So if you know anything, please tell me.

When searching Sims 4 CC Windows Base Game Compatible I found a couple tumblr pages that had some windows on them.

Hmm... they look like the same window?

Thanks for trying but that was not what I was looking for. I did search pictures and did find a good match... only to discover that Google fooled me - it was a window for sims 3. (Post link anyway - look at the 2:nd picture, lower left corner)

I had a feeling that wasn't quite what you were looking for, but wanted to post the links anyway just in case.

Yeah... I was running into that same problem. Finding things on TSR and finding they were things for Sims 3. Sometimes it states something is for Sims 4 and sometimes it doesn't.

Good morning...

I will add to the protocol that I do own glasses. But it's a good idea to use them as well... 

I went back to MTS today to check and did find this: https://modthesims.info/d/566058/mega-double-budget-etc-window-add-ons-ii.html They seem to be Base game compatible but I can not find any information about patch level. If they work I have found the windows of the green-ish building.

Those a great windows!!  I wasn't able to find a patch date either, but did download the zip file and found the windows are from Oct. 2015. So I'm thinking a really early game patch.

It's up to you if you want to try them out or not.  If you do, make a copy of your Sims 4 folder to your desktop for backup purposes.
