Where to go to learn modding

Hiya!

I've been wanting to learn how to create my own mods for a while now, and I've finally decided it's about time to do something about it. I'm wondering if any of you guys could point me to a modding centered Discord server for learning, modding tutorials or the like? I've found a few on Youtube (one from Carl, too!), but I'd love to find all the info I can get.

I am unfamiliar with any Discords regarding Sims 4 mods, but you might look at Sims4Studio and the official Sims 4 Forum along with Youtube videos for advice/tutorials on modding.
