The Snozzberries (Not So Berry Legacy) 8.1: ResearchWanda: Willie’s been flashing the cash lately. We’ve had so many improvements and additions. It was so kind of her to get this sleep pod for me. It’s sooooo comfy! Plus I’m looking forward to relaxing in the hot springs and the sauna.
Elliot: You’re Willie’s boys? I’ve not seen much of her since your father got his feet under the table.
Tim: Shall I?
Gus: Go on, try it!
Tim: Let’s shake hands, Elliot!
Elliot: And?
Tim: It didn’t work..zzzzt…ow! That hurt!
Gus: Let me try. Put it there, Elliot!
Elliot: Ow! That really does hurt!
Gus: My father says hello!
Gus: This is our time!
Tim: So we’re working on our Mischief…
Gus: So let’s try selling those fake exam papers again!
Tim: Great! I wonder how much we’ll make
Gus: Yes! We did it!
Tim: Wow! $300? We need to do that again!
Gus: Not too soon. I want to try something else.
Willie: You know how you gave up work to be my Research Assistant?
Dexter: What do you want me to work on first?
Willie: Have you seen Wanda’s new Sleep Pod?
Dexter: What do you want to know about it?
Willie: Let’s give it a spin!
Gus: Argh! Right in my face. Where are the showers?
Classmate: I guess in principle you have pranked the board but…
Gus: I know it’s not very shocking but I was trying to keep it PG.
Tim: Explain to me again why we’re in the Principal’s office?
Gus: I needed to study for my exam and you needed somewhere to eat your packed lunch. It’s cosy in here!
Principal: Augustus! (autonomous hug)
Gus: Is this appropriate?
Principal: We’re all very relaxed here!
Gus: You said we’re all relaxed here!
Principal: But skipping class is not allowed. It’s detention for you!
Gus: But!
Principal: No Buts!
Gus: You pretend to be all down with the kids but really…
Principal: I am down with the kids!
Gus: Prove it! Streak round the school while we’re all in class.
Principal: You’re On!
Gus: And there's the butt!
Gus: Well this is no fun! The teacher just sits and watches while that girl bullies that lad. I don’t want to be part of this crowd.
Gus: Look Principal, I’m sorry!
Principal: Has he behaved himself in detention?
Teacher: Um, I think so. I was nodding off tbh.
Principal: Augustus, you have the potential to do well in high school but if you persist in pulling pranks all the time, you’ve got a poor future.
Gus: I just keep seeing the silly side of things and it’s hard to resist.
Principal: Try, Augustus. Try!
Tim: Are you sure this is a good idea?
Gus: It’s the Humour and Hijinks Festival. It’s practically demanded of us.
Tim: But you’re already manic! What’s this going to do to us?
Gus: Thanks for getting me back last night.
Tim: I was so worried. You weren’t making any sense.
Gus: I think I need to follow what the Principal said. No more pranks!
Tim: You could try writing jokes down. That might be more safe.
Willie: Safe? Why are you worrying about being safe?
Gus: Nothing Mum
Tim: Nothing at all!
Dexter: When you said you wanted to visit the museum, I thought you wanted some historical research doing.
Willie: I need a more practical sort of research!
Dexter: Hm mm!
Dexter: All this research we’re doing, I hardly get any time to myself. But this climbing wall is going to help me get fit. I’ve always wanted to reached the heights on Mt Komorebi.
Gus: Baking is fun! I’ve mastered all the gourmet recipes but I’ve got a hankering for some sort of sweet cakey thing. I’ll know it when I find it! It’s keeping me out of trouble anyway! So relaxing. I like playing the piano but…mm…food always hits the spot.
Dexter: So what are we role-playing this time?
Willie: I’m a smuggler, skirting the edge of the law and you’re a Prince on the run from an evil empire.
Dexter: That sounds familiar…
Willie: You’re right. Hm! I wonder if there’s another angle.
Dexter: Well, while we’re here….
Willie: The Dwelling?
Dexter: Yes, let's!
Willie: I’ve got no secrets from you, Dexter.
Dexter: What about the vault you’ve had installed on the landing?
Willie: It’s keyed to open for you too. Anytime!
Dexter: What do we keep in there.
Willie: Come on in and I’ll show you.
Willie: So much to write down. Now the boys are at High School and I don’t have to worry about them, it’s great to have all this time for my writing.
Watcher: And the research?
Willie: And the research.
Watcher: You might want to keep a closer eye on the boys.
Willie: They’re grades are so high, they’ve been offered early graduation. They must have been behaving themselves!
Watcher: Right! I wonder how that works…. Maybe some research…
Oona Luna: I was so glad your whole family decided to come to the Spice Festival.
Dexter: We wanted to catch up with you Granny.
Oona Luna: I don’t feel much like a granny. I’ve just adopted another toddler!
Dexter: Kameron will be pleased.
Oona Luna: By the way, that’s your great grandmother playing the guitar – Rowland’s wife!
Dexter: No way!

Willie’s writing research has explored all 19 possible WooHoo locations for the packs I have. There are 2 more possible but they are not currently accessible to her and her research assistant (Dex). One is in a pile of leaves – only possible in Autumn. Her research assistant is working on making the other one possible! There are 2 others from the Vampire pack but I don’t have that.
Researched Locations: Hot Springs, Dumpster, Vault, Rocket, Lighthouse, Bush, Sleep Pod, Closet, Waterfall, Shower, Tent, Bed, Hot Tub, Sauna, Observatory, Photo Booth, Tunnel of Love, Animal Shed, on Batuu.
