Richest of the Sims (3)
« on: January 14, 2011, 07:34:19 AM »
People, I need you now! If anyone really knows about this, then please tell me, who's the richest sim (single sim if I marry and move HER in) in the Sims 3, that is Young Adult, has some nice traits, is NOT evil, and has some appropriate skill points for the Immortal Dynasty Challenge (cooking and/or gardening & painting, fishing will be done by her husband, the founder). I know about Holly Alto and Agnes Crumplebottom, but they're simply too ugly (not Holly, but her skills are too low and she's Teen) for marrying my handsome guy (lol). Please help as soon as possible. Thanks.

Well, Agnes is not a young adult, but with her money and car, she brings over 100,000.00 with her.  I am not sure if there is another female that brings that much, except Holly, when she turns young adult, brings a car also.  At least Agnes has enough painting points to start painting portraits right away. :)

Yes, I know she's not an young adult, that's why I'm not gonna marry her, but she might be a nice addition as a roommate to the household to paint portraits only.  :) At last, I decided my sim to marry Holly, but I never did that before and don't know how much she brings with her, maybe around 70,000$, huh?  ??? help please

I know she is not single but how about Morgana Wolff she is a young adult and she would probably bring a sizeable amount of money and a car. I don't think it would be too difficult to break up her and Thornton.

I'll join in the "why not" category and say that taking a wife is not so bad. When it comes to the rich my Sims seem to go after Nancy Landgraab. I'm not aware of singles who are that wealthy. It's really way too easy to completely steal a Sim's affections from another. Not to toot my own horn but in the relationships guide I realized how easy it is to increase standing to the point of stealing love.

Dynasty spouses I've tried: Agnes, Morgona, Jamie.

Agnes- Rich and comes with high painting skill. I personally do not her find her ugly as long as you have a mirror and dresser.

Morgona- Did not bring in as much money as expected. I don't remember how much exactly but it was definitely way less than Agnes. Probably because she doesn't get to sell the house and Thornton isn't paying the alimony on time.

Jamie- Supposed to be pretty but let's just say I got unpleasantly surprised when I removed her makeup. Brings in little funds but with her job you can earn the money quick (provided she doesn't get pregnant too soon.

Personally I liked Agnes the most. When I married her she was still a YA (I think she's about the same age as Jamie) and brings in enough funds to build a good house. Her painting skill is also a plus since it was hard to push Jamie on my current dynasty on top of her job to start painting from scratch.

First, thanks everyone for responses, I appreciate it. Second, as I see some of you like Agnes, but I will add her as a roommate, rather than as a spouse (after all, she's old and will die soon, so I'll get rid of her very fast and easy!). And third, I would like to know how much money does Holly Alto bring with her? Anyway, I can see my sim's future is going to be very bright, by the way, did I mention he's very handsome and clever? :-)

Agnes is YA, 6 days to adult birthday, just as Jamie Jolina. And after a makeover she looked nice in some dynasty stories. I chose Jamie and even if she quit her job and I didn't use any of her traits, she was a great founder's wife, did everything but cooking (painting, sculpting, photography, gardening, fishing) and gave birth to a beautiful child. Now I'm on 6.generation and all Sims are rich and beautiful. It really isn't that hard and you don't need millions but if you move in Agnes, you can chose to marry whenever and whoever you want. Good luck with your dynasty.

I really need them. Lots. LOL. He has just 1,200$ in cash, the only fast way to get rich is to move BOTH Agnes (as roommate) and Holly (as spouse). Agnes will paint, Holly will cook and, of course, Nick (my Create-a-Sim sim) will garden and go fishing. That's all. Fast, easy and lots of money.  ;D And thanks all of you for the info provided!

Can't you just move in Agnes, Jamie and Morgana, rip their simoleons off and then move them out?

In the Dynasty Challenge you can't move anyone out.

Jowkoul,  in my Clan Douglas Dynasty my founder married Holly, and I remember several other dynasties that started around the same time that went with her.  In mine she brought $2000 - that's all.  In other dynasties I think she brought a  little more money, and some of them managed to get her to bring the expensive car along.  Sadly, for some reason she didn't bring the car in mine.  My founder had to make do with Agnes Crumplebottom's car (which she unintentionally donated to him  ;) ).

Apparently you must invite them over or out when you get married so that the car is in their inventory. Did you get married at the Alto mansion?

Anyway you don't actually need that much money when you start out, you sims can live in the outdoors for a while and in a couple of weeks you should have enough to add some good furniture to the house. (:

My founder didn't marry a rich Sim and I did fine with my Dynasty.  A little better than fine, actually.  :)

Agnes isn't ugly after she gets new hair and clothes.  That's what makes her look bad.  I almost can't recognize her after she's cleaned up.  She's really quite pretty.

Get married at the Alto mansion?  You must be kidding!  Holly was barely on speaking terms with her parents, and James my founder never even met them.   ;D  No, apparently the Holly in my game was into exercise or maybe she was trying to be eco-friendly, because when James phoned to invite her over she just ran from her lot to his.  It wasn't until they were married and I could see what was in her inventory that I realized she had left the car behind.  Oh well.  As Pam said, the extra money is nice at first, but not really needed.  That lot wound up with - I don't remember - something like 15,000,000 in the bank.  Way more than they could ever use.

Agnes Crumplebottom is not that ugly, she gave me a really good looking Legacy! Agnes Crumplebottom without the hair thing going on is actually okay, she comes with a Great Painting and Cooking skill. She is also a YA, although halfway through it. Agnes makes quite good looking Sims actually, my Second Generation were quite a bunch of good lookers.  ;)
