This challenge starts next Tuesday, so please get your final questions in now. We will not be changing rules after this goes live.

Due to players having issues with transferring $500 when arresting a sim from a multi-sim household, the rules have been edited as follows.

*Removed: When arresting/moving in a Sim from a multi-Sim household, the Warden may only transfer $500 of their household funds to the prison.
*Added: The Warden is only allowed to arrest Sims who live alone. You can check on a Sim's household size at the move-in menu; do not use Manage Households to check household size.
*Reworded: When arresting/moving in a Sim, the Warden must choose the "Keep Furniture" option. That furniture must remain in the prison's inventory until the challenge ends.

So it doesn't matter how much money a sim has? We get it all, and the only thing we don't get is their furniture?
Can we add sims who have no house?

@Nikitachi
Yes, that's correct. When a Sim moves to the prison, all their "kept furniture" goes straight to prison inventory and stays there.
Yes, you can also arrest homeless Sims.

It's Saturday night of Week 3 in my game, but I definitely won't be rehabilitating any more prisoners before week 4, Sunday, 8 am.
My Warden made a positive contribution to society!
*7 points: 7 arrested Sims left in prison at challenge end
*34 points: 17 prisoners rehabilitated and released
*6 points: 2 Sims rehabilitated and released who had the Evil trait
Total score = 47 points

Good luck to all you wardens out there!

This challenge ends this coming Sunday night, so if you have not started your file, now is the time to do so. I hope you do for those of you on the fence about whether or not to dive in. Yes, the ruleset is a bit daunting, but oshizu worked very hard on this one, so if you have the time, that would be awesome if you could post a score. Remember that you can always post a score with most events even if you do not make it to the end.

Good luck!

With uni assignments due (so why am I here now instead of working on them?), and recovery from flooding ongoing, I won't have the chance, unfortunately. It does seem like a fun challenge though. Anyway, back to assignments.

Again DNF, barely started. It's a shame, I was really interested in playing this one. But these days, there is just no time to play.

Oh, no. :( Well, at least you posted a "score" which counts towards the first World Ranking I will post for this season on Monday. Participation is down a bit so far this year. Only 6 players played in the first two events.

You probably remember that I'm in Russia... There is even no guarantee EA won't disable my purchased games soon. I was hoping to enjoy Sims while I still have the chance, but work is now obviously a first priority.

I do remember you are in Russia. I cannot imagine how your world has been turned upside down. :(

All done. This was hands down one of the most challenging Sims events I have done in the last 10 years. Well done, oshizu, for putting together quite a meat grinder!

4 prisoners left at the end of the challenge = 4 pts.
6 prisoners released and rehabilitated = 12 pts.
0 Sims had the Evil trait = 0 pts
no deaths

Total = 16 pts

We ended up down to the wire with 2 prisoners being released in the final 2 hours between lockup and week 4, day 1, 8am as #15 had to wait for #14 to finish. I can definitely think of quite a number of things that I could have done better in hindsight (and not just the one extended lockup we had caused by me being distracted)  ::)

Type 1 prisoners – 4
Type 2 prisoners – 11
Type 3 prisoners – 4

Total = 4 + 11x2 + 4x3 = 38 points
