What is everyone's feelings on this?

Countries? Only one country is listed in the page you have linked to - Russia.
If Russia, as a sovereign nation, feels that some of the game play in My Wedding Story is not compatible with their values, they have the right to request changes or not to permit the expansion pack to be available in their country.
If Electronic Arts as the creator feels that the rules in Russia are such that they can't tell the story that they want without major changes to the program that'll not be cost effective for them to implement or are not in keeping with their values - Electronic Arts have that right.
Two opposing viewpoints about the same piece of software from two different set of values. Seems they will continue to agree to disagree on it.
Out of interest, I tried to see what it will be rated as in Australia, without success - I'm guessing it'll be M or MA, based on how the rest of Sims 4 (and most of Sims 3, and 2 are rated).
