Sims 4 won't open?

It's been a while since I played (september 2021) so I tried to launch sims 4 from the origin client, and nothing. I removed my mods, repaired the game, and even reinstalled it multiple times... still nothing. I deleted the Sims 4 folder so it could make a new one (maybe the old one had something wrong with it or something) but it hasn't even made a new Sims 4 folder, the game doesn't even seem to launch and then crash, it just doesn't launch at all I still have the old Sims 4 folder saved on my computer but I don't know why it won't open the game?

However, if you haven't, try adding Sims 4 as an exception to your antivirus software. It maybe blocking it from working.
