How to Transfer Sims 3 Expansions to a New Laptop

Hello all, I am new and created an account to get help on this issue.

I talked to an EA employee for an hour yesterday and it didn't help at all.  I am not an english speaker, sorry for my mistakes.

I just got a new laptop and was able to transfer all my Sims 3 packs from my old laptop to this new one thanks to my Origin account, except for 3 packs, that I own on disk (Generations, Ambitions and World Adventures.) When I type the serial code in my new laptop for these 3 packs, it says that the codes have been already redeemed.

The EA guy told me that these packs are installed in another Origin account that has been deleted. I never had another account so that is really weird to me.
I don't want to pay for packs that I already own. I am looking for a way to transfer the files to install these 3 packs from my old laptop to my new one. An easy way, if possible.

I'm sorry we're not able to help with account related issues. If you're not able to redeem the codes from the dvds to origin, you need to try EA's customer service again. Maybe you can get in contact with a different representative that will be more helpful.

You might try posting about your issue on AHQ's forum for a second opinion, but they most likely won't be able to help and suggest the same thing of contacting EA's customer service again.
