One of my dreamers was just killed by a Murphy bed... I guess I'll find out if a ghost is able to complete the requirements! I've never really played with ghosts before, so not sure what limitations there are.

Off the top of my head, a ghost wouldn't be able to complete any Big Dream that requires having/adopting children.
I almost never play ghosts unless I'm trying to resurrect a vampire who died.  Can a ghost get married?
Let us know how that works out for you techiechick!

I checked out a few things and it might be possible! My guy was most of the way through "Family Matters" when the bed attacked. He hadn't finished the two aspirations or maxed the career yet.

Once he visited as a ghost, I had his widow marry him back into the household and had him look at jobs and kids on the computer. He can't Try for Baby, but he can adopt children and apply for jobs. The family aspirations are mostly social interactions with the kids, so those ought to be doable.

But I'll gladly abide by what the challenge team says - I just assumed (without asking) that if we invited a ghost back into the household they could keep working on the dreams, so if the rest of the team besides GlazeyLady doesn't agree, I'll drop him and assign the dream to another Sim.

I had 2 of my Sims die, one after her Big Dream was complete (but I wasn't ready to give her up) and one while he was still working on his. I didn't think of trying to play the rest of his Big Dream out as a ghost, but you're making it sound kinda' fun - if I have another one die, I might give that a go.

If your sim can complete their initial Big Dream (or start-to-finish a new Big Dream) as a ghost, I think that's awesome.
Go for it!

Does 'Honeymoon for 3 days at a rental in any town other than your home town, starting the day of or the day after the wedding (cannot leave that town for the duration);' mean I can't give my starting sims a relationship of 'married' if one of them is going for the Soulmates Big Dream, or just that they need to go on the honeymoon for the first three days of the game?

They would just need to go on the honeymoon right at the beginning of the game.

Ok ... mummy founder had twins with daddy founder. Daddy founder got abducted and is pregnant as well. Daddy founder is doing 'Tech Head'. Mummy founder is doing 'Family Ties' with the requirement to have/adopt at least three babies/toddlers. Does daddy founder's abduction baby count as one of the three baby/toddler requirements, even thouh Mummy Founder had no ... part to play in daddy founder's pregnancy?

Mummy's "Have/adopt 3 nooboos/children" requirement means she herself needs to either give birth or adopt three nooboos/children.
So Daddy's alienboo would not count for Mummy's "Have/adopt" requirement, but would count toward her second  "Raise 3 Top-Notch Toddlers" requirement.
If you're playing on Long, you have plenty of time to have Mummy have or adopt a 3rd nooboo after your toddlers age up.
How crazy that you'll have an alienboo so soon!
Good luck!

So, another ghost question... If my ghost Sim does manage to complete their Big Dream, is it okay to release them to the underworld to get them out of the household? Or should I do the same as with a living Sim and keep them in the house unless the family moves?

In the case of a living sim, as soon as they complete their Big Dream, you may move them into a house of their own or with family. You don't have to wait until the rest of the household moves.
When your ghost sim completes their Big Dream, my opinion is that you can either release them to the Netherworld, move them into a house of their own, or move them in with other family.

Your thoughts @GlazeyLady ?

Well technically, mummy and daddy founders are both aliens ... so they already had two alienboos.

Then when he was abducted he managed to give birth to two alien nooboos.

I did pick 'on a ley line' as a lot trait ... so that probably was the cause of his two nooboos by alien probe lol

OMG, Deklitch! Are you saying your founders have started out with quadruplets?
Maybe you could focus on them for a while then Mummy could adopt a child to avoid another 2nd-generation toddler?

That requirement is "Have or adopt 3 babies/toddlers" so if you choose adoption, you would need to adopt at either the nooboo or toddler stage.

Thank you for correcting me. I'll edit my comment in a way that makes clear I edited it.
