Fences as foundations

I recently downloaded ambitions and bought a house. It seemed that the foundation is like a fence with walls on top...... Whats the deal with it?

Do you mean a lattice-like fence? Because that is the second kind of foundation you can make.

If they are using an actual fence I would assume that the makers used cheats.

Ripster, you can make that I think even without cheat. First, place foundation, than place walls, then erase fondation and then place fence beneath walls. When I did that I had moveobject on cheat active but I think that cheat doesn't make much difference.
