Bootcamp: Is there anyway to make the game look better?

I'm playing on a 2019 MacBook Pro, using Bootcamp. If I play in the default settings, the graphics are beautiful but the text is so small that I can barely read it without getting really close to the monitor.

I've tried adjusting resolution of the game but that just makes the whole window smaller.

I've tried adjusting the resolution of my display to match the resolution of the game but 1) that only works if I'm playing in windowed mode and 2) I can't seem to find a combination that looks good. 

Has anyone else experienced this and figured it out?

Depends on the screen size of the Mac you're using, but check the specifications page on Apple for your particular model.  It should list a set of supported scaled resolutions.  Try one of those to see if they work better for you.

Otherwise, check with a more Apple specific forum for further tips as we don't have a lot of experience with Mac systems.
