   What are the dimensions in inches of the long hairstyles for adult and teen SIMs??...

The game doesn't measure in inches. However, 1 tile in the game is effectively a meter.

   OK. Reason I asked is this...

   I've got this hairstyle that I need for a SIM that I am going to create. The SIM is actually a young adult male and is part of another grouping. But he's supposed to have curly hair that is somewhat long and neat. And the closest thing that I could find to what I'm looking for is a long curly hair that was originally deigned to be used for child SIMs {see attached caption photo}. I might need to enlarge it to some extent. The only way to do that is with Blender. And I'm going to need to make a larger version...

I am not familiar with making mods nor the Blender program. Anything I try to suggest may not work.

There isn't a lot of members here that create mods. You may get better results asking your modding questions over at the official forum, or Sims 4 Studio.

Got a question for those who mod...

I need to get average measurements in meters for both faces and female long hairstyles aged child to young adult. Anyone know where to go on that?...

I actually can answer this: adults are 188cm and children are 132cm.
