So I'm coming back to PC mastar race after a decade and a half of console gaming on the xbox consoles. Between the christmas sale, a january birthday and the april sale, I've pretty much got all the packs and expansions other than a couple of the kits. My laptop isn't up to the task and needs replacing anyway.

I'm in the 12-1400 CDN range and basically I'm looking to replace a laptop with a desktop. I run a two screens ideally it would have a second HDMI port but I don't need the monitor.

I'm just looking to play sims4 with a bunch of mods and some of the total war games with high settings, not even max, but frankly, I'm lost.

Can anyone help me out?

Here's a small list of what I found searching BestBuy - Canada. I went with what I would recommend getting for a gaming computer - 2 hard drives, so there's space for Windows and other programs, plus games and a data drive. Good amount of system memory and a decent  graphics card. Top pick being 1st on the list.

So I didn't order that weekend and missed those deals but I spent a few days poking around and ended up getting an extra 256G on the SSD for about the same price.

Sorry for the late response, but I truly appreciate your help. The game is running much better than it was on my old laptop. Again, thanks for hte help.
