Many Maes: A Legacy/Town Jump

I've played Sims 3 for years, and every time I try the Immortal Dynasty or other challenges I always give up since I can't live without my alternate Story Progression mods! So I've decided to play the game my own way; I call it the Legacy Town Jump. Going through all of the towns in order of release, I am going to play 3 generations legacy style in each town before moving to the next. I love seeing how the genes from townies mix together! There are no points, and the only mods/cheats I will be using are:

Cheats, but not motherlode, mood, etc. Only as needed.
Story Progression

My Rules
Sims can move out and move in whenever; however, the heir and their spouse will always be in the active family.
Upon moving, the heir and spouse can bring up to 6 sims with them.
The heir can be any sim born of the previous heir and their spouse.
All traits will be randomized, but Lifetime wishes won't be.
The heir doesn't have to be married when they jump towns; instead they can find a spouse in the new town.
Each Generation must purchase 1 property.

Zelda was always the wild child, whereas her older sister, Iliana, was the responsible one. After a series of failed relationships, Zelda found herself back living with Iliana and her husband and kids, again. But after one too many longing stares from Dustin, Zelda decided she probably should set out on her own again. But this time, she was doing it all on her own.

Zelda had saved a bit of money from selling produce and her job at the theatre, and she decided it was time to go big or go home. Except, big was now her home. Zelda wants to be a rockstar, perfect for her personality. Her traits are Party Animal, Flirty, Childish, Green Thumb, and Easily Impressed. But before that, she had a couple of thing to do...

Now that she's all spruced up, Zelda's decided to go out and find Mr. Right. What better way is there than online dating?

Zelda spent the rest of the day going to the beach, the park, and everywhere in between trying to meet fun, single sims. Unfortunately I forgot to take any photos, so the 3 sims she met that she had the most chemistry with were: Christopher Steel, Jared Frio, and Xander Clavell.

She met Chris at a protest for... radioactive waste? This I think is the most understandable protest I've seen in the sims. Normally my sims protest marriage and clowns. But this makes sense! Save the radioactive waste for Twinbrook!

Zelda's current home on Summerhill Court is just a small shack for now, but it has all of the basics. Better than spending the night outside with the zombies!

Since she had the same chemistry with all 3 men she liked from the previous day, I decided to see who she had the best relationship with in her relationship panel and start there. She needs to find a man quick before they all get married and have babies

As all sims do, she simply showed up unannounced to say hi to Jared!
Zelda: Hi Jared.
Jared: Hi.
And then Jared left for work. Ugh.

Not one to be deterred, Zelda simply invited him over after they both finished work.

Jared: Can we go inside? That zombie behind you is staring at me.

I don't blame them for heading in. This zombie had this sad, half-hearted face the whole night and groaned with zero enthusiasm. She was even groaning when she left the next morning!

What did I miss? I was so distracted by the sad zombie I missed their first kiss! These two are now boyfriend and girlfriend, and I only notice when I get the notification that Jared is moving in!

The next morning, Jared gets sent to the salon to get a makeover. He gets styled featuring green, his favorite color. He wants to become a 5 star chef. His traits are Natural Cook, Heavy Sleeper, Mean Spirited, Inappropriate, and Party Animal. Together him and Zelda are gonna throw some great parties!

When he gets back to the house, Jared gets right to work at being a great boyfriend by unclogging the toilet.
Jared: Ugh, this was always Connor's chore!

These two are always kissing and embracing the moment they have free will. After only a day, they kiss, and Jared pops the wish to get married. Normally I don't like to have rushed sim romances, but...

Jared: I knew from the moment I saw you here on this beach, that you would be the one for me. Zelda, will you marry me?
I can't say no to that wish.

The two lovebirds get married in a quick ceremony right then and there, because why wait for true love?

Zelda has started a small garden. She pops a few gardening wishes here and there, so I might expand it later.
As she's gardening, she gets a call from Dustin.
Dustin: Hey Zelle, the family's having a pool party and I heard you got married. Wanna stop by and say hi?

Zelda heads over to the Langerak house looking fabulous and heads out back. She can only stop by for a bit before her shift at the theater anyway. For a party, it's really quiet...

Dustin seems to have thrown a party for two. Zelda sticks around for a few minutes lounging in the sun, but thankfully since she has work soon she quickly exits while Dustin goes for a swim.

These two have settled into a nice routine. Zelda especially enjoys never having to cook, while also watching her new husband prance around in his underwear.

She returns! I sincerely want to adopt this zombie. At least this time she seems to be a bit more enthusiastic with her growling.

Zelda and Jared have been busy with work, so at the end of a long week they decide to go out for a date night to one of the performance venues.

The two of them don't stick around very long in case the proprietor regains her love of brains. Instead, they end up going to see a movie instead.

Jared still chats with his brother, Connor, often. He and his girlfriend, a new townie, just had a baby.

Jared is a 3 star celebrity now through befriending his coworkers. He gets both a fancy fridge and a new rug. I don't plan on building anything besides a shack until they've purchased and fully upgraded the first property, so anything free helps!

Jared adores his little boy. He's maxed his cooking skill, so a lot of his free time is spent playing with Alec.

Zelda spins into her maternity wear the next day.
Zelda: Maybe Jared should start cooking healthier foods instead of pancakes.

Instead of doing the usual labor panic, Zelda calmly walks towards the door to head to the hospital.

Alec heads over to the Keaton household afterschool with his new friend Cortez. Instead of hanging out with his friend, Alec beelines for the dollhouse.

Despite their differences (Good vs Evil), Alec and Bianca have become good friends. He never tries to scare her, and they spend a lot of their free time playing together. This is not what I was expecting at all.

Bianca apparently doesn't like spicy food. Luckily we have a fire alarm, since she's decided to become a dragon.

Bianca consistently cleans up all messes in the house. I wish we had the money to hire a maid, but until then, thanks for the child labor Bianca!

Alec gets invited over to Carla VanWatson's house. I am instantly intrigued, however she quickly leaves for work. Hopefully we will see more of her, I want Alec to find a girl soon!

Zelda gets invited to a party at the Bachelor house. Since all of the kids are now school-aged, it's time to start looking for future spouses before all of the teens get coupled up.

The girls bring over two friends from school, Daniel Bachelor and Tabatha Bunch. Daniel is really cute, even with the plantsim hair. I'm gonna keep an eye on him, hopefully his traits are good and maybe he likes Bianca or Carmen!

Jared and Alec used to be best friends, but now that Alec has become a teenager Jared has started randomly yelling at him. They are barely in the green anymore. I feel so bad for Alec! Bianca quickly ages up at home so she can make it to prom as well.

She ages up into this horrendous hair from Into the Future. In a rush to get her to Prom I forget to take a picture of her after the makeover. Her new trait is Equestrian, in addition to being Good, Clumsy, and Athletic. Her traits are coming together really nicely!

Prom goes okay for both teens. They enjoy the decor, get in a few fights, and get rejected for a few dances. They get Prom Queen and King, however neither of them gains a romantic interest.

Back at the house, Carmen has her own Prom.
Carmen: Huzzah! I am Prom Queen of the dinner table! All plates shall bow down before me, and Bianca can always clean the dishes so I don't have to!

Bianca meets Kip Crumplebottom, and although I love how much he looks like Agnes, he clearly has some pretty negative traits. He starts insulting Bianca, and then he starts insulting Agnes. I don't think this guy is good boyfriend material.

I send Alec back to Carla's, and the moment he starts talking to her he pops a wish to kiss her. HALLELUJAH! Of course, I am happy to oblige.

Success! Alec begins popping multiple romance wishes with Carla. I think we've found a winner! I think maybe Alec was just shy to act on it or admit that he liked her.

If I had started this with a different couple, I 100% would've been interested in her as a Gen 1 spouse. Most of the time the Ursine kid in my games has the weird chin effect.

Thank you! I know I was really torn as well. I've played a bit ahead to who becomes heir/heiress, and I'm really happy with who I picked! I'm so happy you like the house, I was always the type of simmer who only made boxes for the longest time, so recently I've tried to push myself on that.
