What can you put in the Composter?

Is there a list of items a sim can put in the Composter? I know fish, veggies and sun blossoms are standard, but there are other things you can put in there too and I wanted to know if there is a comprehensive list and what the results are.  For example, I placed 3 of those high energy food bars in there - waiting to see if that has a different impact then regular fish or veg.

I don't know if there's a comprehensive list of what the composter can take and what the results are. It just might be something that you'll have to do some testing with to find out for yourself.
