I have noticed that if you have the bust the dust kit the dust bunnies autonomously give you money over night and dust bunnies will spawn even without having a Hoover in the household. It doesn't make a huge difference to this challenge as it's not money motivated. I just wanted to get a heads up on whether its allowed or not.

To be honest I can see people using just the dust accidentally as it auto plays the system even if you don't choose to buy your Sim a vaccume/Hoover the game generates dust bunnies and gives you money without any player input. I only worked out how to change the pack settings because it was on YouTube.
