Teen Sim doesn't go to school.

My Teen Sim never goes to school. I used testingcheatsenabled to force her growth, because I wanted the parents to stay the same age while I gave the kids as much time as I wanted to grow up. I'm guessing that has something to do with it, but I still don't know how to fix the problem.
She grew into a Teen on a weekday, I believe, but it's been several days and she hasn't gone to school at all. School isn't under the list of workplaces, either, only her part time job is there.

What happens in the morning at school time?  Does the school bus show up?
