Body hair issue

Do you guys know how to get body hair to properly render?

I know there is a line in Graphic Rules which can be set to false, but that also decreases the overall quality of the skin texture.

Any other ideas on how to fix it?

In CAS, it appears as it should. The issue is only in Live mode.
