Rules: Apocalypse Challenge

Hello fellow Simmers! I have been playing The Sims since Sims 2 and one of my favourite things to do was Pinstar's Apocalypse Challenge. It has given me hours of fun with Sims 2 and 3 so I decided I would like to do it with Sims 4 too.  After looking around for the rules I found that they hadn't really been updated since fairly early on in this version and a lot of the recent DLC wasn't included so I decided to have a go at updating it to include all the latest packs. Thought I would share here just in case anyone else would like to have a go. I've just started a version (tweaked for current gameplay changes) of this challenge by @Florrie64 called Flowers of the Apocalypse.
The founder Flint Acoma has just gone in and is trying to find his perfect housemate/co-founder amongst all the Sims that are disinterested in Romance!
