Not if there's residual income from doing so. I can't remember if that's the case.

EDIT: Yes, I got confirmation. That aspiration would not be allowed. The only allowed income is the skills and careers listed in the rules.

Also, Mansion Baron would fall into the same category of adding to the household funds each week, like Fabulously Wealthy.
Mansion Baron: "Receive a 10% rebate on all build mode purchases each week. Rebates are added to household funds automatically once per week."
Fabulously Wealthy: "Get 5% of your household funds added to the bank roll every week."

So I suggest both aspirations be added to the banned list.
