I don't know if Makori was just a convenient narrative device or a potential romantic interest for Ton, but I enjoyed what she brought to the update  :=)

I have arrived in Strangervile. I have joined the military and after acting on intel gathered from online sources I headed out to the a particular bar in the middle of town.

Ton: Oh no my family comes from around here. We go way back.
Mixologist: I don't think I recognise you.
Ton: Names Curious Notzo Curious.
Mixologist: Oh everyone knows the Curious family.
TonNotzo: Our fame precedes us I see. Can I ask you a question?
Mixologist: It depends what it is.
Notzo: My Uncle Pascal used to work up at the lab and I would love to get a tour.
Mixologist: I don't know anything about a secret lab.
Notzo: Secret?
Mixologist: I didn't say anything!

I headed over to the not so secret lab and discovered that the only way to get where I wanted was to get a keycard. I headed back into town to go pay a visit to the Curio shop.

Erwin: No you can't!
Notzo: Yes I can your arm is literally sticking out.
Erwin: No it isn't.
Notzo: Sure whatever mate. Look do you have a keycard?
Erwin: Yes but first you gotta three things for me.

Erwin: First buy a t-shirt.

Erwin: Then buy some books and posters.
Notzo: Will they have important information in them?
Erwin: Erm sure.
Notzo: What is the last thing.
Erwin: Compile a top secret dossier containing 15 pieces of information. Also you might want to buy some electronic bugs from me.
Notzo: Can't I just wait until I get promoted in my career.
Erwin: No you have to buy the stuff from me.
Notzo: I thought you might say that.

Garrison: I am here on official business actually. We got a report that the Landgraab kids had been left home alone.
Sidney: Where is Malcolm?
Garrison: Gone out apparently.
Sidney: You can't take them away.
Garrison: There isn't anyone to look after them.

Garrison: You have to be one of the most stubborn women I have ever met.

Garrison:(interrupting): I guess that is why I love you so much!
Sidney: Wait what did you say arghahh!
Garrison: Sid go to the hospital I will find someone to take care of the kids...just for a few hours.. and I will come to the hospital.

Authors note Kristina and Isiais were really just left home alone on the pavement while Malcolm went out.

Poor twins, I bet that's what happened with Johnny. They just left him out on the sidewalk all alone.

Oooh, I'm glad to know that the Strangerville project can be completed without moving to Strangerville.

Haha, Garrison finally confesses his love to Sidney when she's in too much pain for his confession to register!
Yay, Sidney had a little girl! Will she grow up to look like Sidney with pale skin?

I love the paper bags. Was Notzo Curious in TS3? Or was he just someone on the Curious family tree. Strangerville, Curious brothers, toddlers in paper bags, and a Sim in labor -- it doesn't get any better than this.

Authors note Sidney was able to invite the Landgraab twins around to the lot. They literally walked all the way from their house to the Powers house. Watching them toddle all the way was just adorable. They stayed for dinner along with father winter and Makori. They might not be the most conventional of families but they are certainly a family.
Sorry its not an exciting update but there is romance in the air for Ton next time.

@MarianT Notzo was the founder of the Curious Clan I am not sure if he was ever a playable character although I think a toddler version was in twinbrook in the Sims 3. I just like the name and its easier to spell than some of the others. I'm not great at names

I looked up Makori. Her name is actually Kaori, at least in my game. She might be one of those NPCs who doesn't live anywhere, in which case her name could be anything. Loved the toddler spam, and I'd pick Kenya to talk to, too.

Kaori Nishidake is one of the Snowy Escape premades. She lives in the northernmost 20x15 lot with her grandparents.
I've gathered info for a Mt. Komorebi Residient Info thread for Snowy Escape, but I'd rather be playing the 7 Heroes Challenge these days.
