My whole town got stuck

I play sims 3 late night and my whole town got stuck. All the sims in town (except my family) got stuck outside of the theatre. They refused to leave for days and they just stand there and occasionally throw- up. I used the resetsim on all the sims there (took me about 45 minutes) and they all got back to their homes. 15 seconds later they all returned to the theatre. What can I do? I can't play like this

I believe it's a glitch with the theatre. Get rid of the theatre and add it again to see if that works. If that doesn't work, just use a diffrent theatre and if that doesn't work then probably it must be an issue that i'm not aware off.

I got rid of the theatre but they are still there. I tried to get rid of all the other object there (trees, lamps etc') but there is a grave there that I can't get rid of because it says that it's in use. I don't see any Sims go near it and I'm not sure that the grave is the problem. whenever I return to the game (from the edit town mode) all the people of the town return to the now empty lot.

Use moveObjects on to remove the grave.

That helped me to get rid of the grave but the grave wasn't the problem. all the Sims still runs back to the empty lot in order to throw up. They keep thinking about how tired and hungry they are but they refuse to leave the area...
