Just can change the Icon but not the gray outline ?

I have edited Von Haunt Estate to the greenish imaginative way possible. It's only a single region But when I click on Eco Footprint Mode, it's shows it's "green" but I still gets the ugly grey online indicating it also neutral. I have changed walls, floors, vegetarian, etc etc. There barely a thing more I can do with it. But outlines are colored correctly in Evergreen Harbor, why not Windenburg?
