Townie switched genders?

Meet Janae Lawson. She's been female all the time I've  known her, in body and in face.



After fixing a bug with one of my characters (he was invisible on all but one floor), Janae's profile picture changed...



*confused* This is in Riverview, third generation of my Dynasty.

This is a bug. The Sim's picture changes but the actual Sim living in the town didn't switch gender. It's just their picture.

Any way of fixing it, or is it just something I have to laugh at and ignore?

Unfortunately, it has happened to me too.  That is the exact same picture I get and who is that person? lol.  Mine only happens in one town and I can't even think which one it is, must be a senior moment.

I've had it happen, too, and I don't think it ever changed back.  You'll just have to live with the odd picture in the relationship panel.

I've had that happen to me, too! Weirdly enough going to China and coming back seemed to fix it.  There's another face that sometimes shows up besides moustache guy, a cop with a beard.
