Teenagers and Thirst

I'm pretty sure teenagers can die of starvation, but can they die of thirst. I mean, if you don't feed a vampire teen, and they die, will they get the pink ghost or the awesome black and red one?

I'm not exactly sure. My guess is that they turn into the pink ghosts.

Probably vampire ghosts (black with red pulsing heart), but could be pink. If you want a teen vampire ghost, just throw him/her in the sun already!

The sun doesn't kill a vampire in Sims 3.  I don't think they drink plasma, either, until they are Young Adult.  So, if they eat regular food and don't do plasma yet, I suspect their death would be from starvation and would thus be a purple ghost.  I know from experience that a vampire dies of thirst MUCH quicker than a normal Sim dies of starvation.  All they have to do is miss a meal and they're done.

Teenagers and children vampires can drink plasma packs from the fridge, so they don't necessarily have to die of starvation.

Oh, by the way, I found out that it doesn't matter how you kill the vampire, their ghost will always be black with the red pulsing heart.

Oh I thought I saw a let's play video where the guy just left the vampire swinging at the park, and after about 8 hourse, it just shredded and Grim Came.

That's because when you leave a vampire in the sun, it will get the 3 hour -25 moodlet "Heating Up". If the 3 hours go by and it is still in the sun, it will faint and get a 2d -50 moodlet, "Too Much Sun". At this rate, it's Thirst need will drop down really fast, and even though I haven't personally tested it yet, I believe they will eventually die of starvation.

When they have 'to much sun' anything other than the initial three hour 'thirsty' moodlet,, it will go down in minutes instead of hours.
