That... is... brilliant!

Since the start I wanted to put more stuff in the plaza lot, but nothing ever fits in there. It didn't ring a bell when Ezradimos asked for the spa, because I could swear it was too big to fit. Maybe I had tried with the wrong one (from another neighborhood)?

And is that Hogan's Deep Fried Diner? Is the subway station still there?

No, it's Brunton's Boxcar, the Twinbrook diner.  It is TINY, maybe about 6 x 10.  Fits very easily.  And yes, the subway still fits.

Oh, sweet irony, deliver me from coincidence.

If anyone ever sees the food truck thing in my neighborhood, please let me know. I haven't been able to find any (not that I actually went looking for them), and I think it is not only this neighborhood.

A food truck parking space is on the Grind lot.

I know, and by The Under too. I'm just not sure if the trucks ever come.

The truck spawn might be exclusive to Bridgeport, like how relic shop registers only spawn relics on vacation lots.

I had read on the official Sims 3 forum that there is a way to get a food truck in towns other than BP.  What you need to do is watch the food truck and once it is parked on a parking spot on a lot, go to edit town, save that building to the bin.  From there use that copy (it should have saved the food truck on the parking spot) and place it in the new town.  I personally have not tried it.  If you want to try it out, go for it.  If not, I will try to in the next few days.  Then Sunset Valley 2.0 will be even more complete.  :)

I've got a hunch on how to get it there without having to replace the lots. Will try it later.

I am experiencing a problem on this map. When the sims leave their home, their mood bar plummets - regardless of the moodlets, it drops to red. I have tried this with 2 sims to the same effect. Anyone else see this happen?

Are you sure it's happening only on this neighborhood, and not the others?

Yes, I tried the same 2 sims in the new city without the problem. What makes you ask? Have people had this problem before?

Just making sure it isn't the ordinary "unhappy sims" bug. Metro posted something somewhere saying something (wow, 4 words starting with S in a row) like you have to make your sims sleep in another bed to change the confort moodlet.

Did you try it my neighborhood with other families? Did you try this family in the other neighborhoods? Could  you show me a picture or something?

This is interesting. At least from a troubleshooting standpoint. I tried the same 2 families in Bridgeport and SV2. Both were newly made just for the city. Both displayed the problem in SV2 but not Bridgeport. I should have saved the games.

It could be a mood bug of some sort. I remember the mood would never get to the green for more than a sec, and just plummet upon leaving the house.

I tried something a few minutes ago: I deleted the extracted savegame, downloaded a new copy and extracted it. Upon loading the city, I now get a "Missing Items were replaced" error (Fast Lane is all I am missing if it matters). However, after 30 minutes of playing, I was not able to reproduce the mood problem. I moved one of the same families into the same trailer looking home, and no mood issue. I will keep it running when I can later to see what happens.

In my inexpert opinion, this is probably not a problem with your city. Especially since I seem to be alone in the problem. I appreciate you hearing me out.

Edit: I am even more sure it is the bed bug you mentioned. I found a tread on the official site, and it mentions the sims mood always saying Uncomfortable. Which they were. Why I saw it for the first time in SV2 - who knows.

Now you got me wondering if that mood bug has something to do with the "missing object" you mentioned. Is it really from Fast Lane? Can it be the thing responsible for this whole bug? If we find those answers, we'll have a solution to a big bug that would attend to many people.

::EDIT::
Unless the answer is no, of course.
