Mouse Sensitivty
« on: June 26, 2020, 09:18:36 PM »
Hi all so recently ive been dealing with an issue ive never had a problem with in the past. The mouse sensitivity is up way too high in create a sim mode (its an on and off issue in the normal gameplay). I have no mods or anything of the sort. Its not my mouse bc ive tried everything in the book with it. Ive also repaired the game thru origin multiple times. I havent yet tried to uninstall the game because im afraid of losing everything (irrational fear probably). any ideas what to do?? thanks

Here are some tips you can try to see if they help.

Mouse Issues In-Game

If none of these tips help, please try posting about the issue over at AHQ's Sims 4 Tech Help Board for more help.

Uninstalling the game won't harm your game. They are both installed in different places on your hard drive.  As long as you back up your Sims 4 folder from the \Documents\Electronic Arts\ to the desktop, things shouldn't get deleted. Your Sims 4 user files should be fine. This includes game saves, Sims, mods and custom content.

Hey
I had a similar problem 2 months ago. As it is written in MrsFlynn's Link it helped me to unplug my mouse and put it into another port. Seems as if my port was broken or something. Turned out that it helped me and i was able to play. I mean at the end a PC is not made for eternity. Some things just break. Hope you can find a solution for your problem!
