Neighborhood Access?

My Origin recently updated and when I went in I noticed I had 6 other neighborhoods in Willow's Creek Foundry Cove

Courtyard Lane
Pendula View
Sage Estates
Crawdad Quarter
Magnolia Blossom Park
Secret lot Edit
Sylvan Glade

Except I can't access them. So How do I access them?

You click on one of the lots in the neighborhood. The icons and names were added to make them similar to the neighborhoods in San Myshuno and Evergreen Harbor.
