Premade Townie Info for The Sims 4: All-in-One (almost)

For the sake of convenience (both mine and yours), I'm combining all of the "Resident Info" threads I've created since 2017 into a single thread.
A single indexed thread will speed up and simplify our process of choosing townies as prospective friends, partners, and all sorts of nefarious purposes.

Notes:
*Links will be provided to the "Resident Info" threads which were created by Cheezy: Willow Creek, Oasis Springs, and Windenburg.
*Ages are based on Normal lifespan; however, your mileage may vary because the game now randomizes the length of each sim's age stage.
*For San Myshuno townies, I listed the name of the landlord in my game at the time I compiled that information. The landlord sim will vary with the save.
* I may have mistyped a numeric value or made some other error. If you see something wrong, please message me to me know and I'll fix it.

I’ve been wanting a thread with specifics about all the San Myshuno residents, similar to the fantastic threads previously created by @Cheezey.
Today, I asked Cheezey who gave me the green light to compile and post a thread on my own.
Please note that, since it’s so hard to improve on perfection, I’ve emulated Cheezey’s format.
