I've been unable to find satisfying information on career change opportunities.
All the offers I've had so far are thematic (science to medicine, science to military, buisiness to politics...) so I assume they're not completely random/modular.
- Is there a list somwhere of possible career changes? from which career to which, at what level does it appear...
- Are there any trait or LTW, like ambition or opportunistic, that have an impact on the frequency or the impact of the offer? (I've always been offered to go up a level, but have read here and there that some offer keep the level)
- can they still happen at top level?
