Have not received any skill certificates

I have gotten several level 10 skills now and have not received any certificates in the mail or in my inventory.

Welcome, Kodeineking,

In the Sims 4 your sims do not receive skill certificates as they did in the Sims 3.  I hope this clears this up for you.
