Multiple conservationist reward possible?

I honestly don't know if I should put this in island living or discover university. So, I've gotten my sim to maximize her career in the marine biologist first while completing the degree needed for the environmental manager. When I switched career to environmental manager and level it up to level 10, I didn't get it. Is it actually possible to get both?
