Graphics Card- Nvidia RTX2060

Hi! I bought a new laptop recently and installed the game to my laptop, everything seems fine until I reach the main menu, a notification popped up saying "Unrecognized Video Card".



I went to check on the config file and found the following: "Name (database): [Found: 0, Supported: 1]".
Has anyone else with the same graphics card encountered this?  Can anyone help me with this problem?

Game: Sims 4

Problem: Unrecognized Video Card

Laptop Specs: Lenovo Legion Y-740 2019 Version, Intel i7 9th generation, Windows 10, 16GB RAM, 6GB Nvidia RTX2060 Graphics Card, 1TB SSD & 1TB HDD.

Custom Content Used: None

Your video card isn't being recognized by the game, because it's not in the game's database.

There's steps in the article below on how to fix that.

It could also be your graphics card driver needs updating. That was all it was when I seen that message.
