Flower Bunny secret identity?

Ok, so I created an Easter-like holiday, with traditions of decorating, egg hunting, and the Flower Bunny.  When the Flower Bunny arrived, one of my sims already knew her?  I do NOT recall running into the Flower Bunny before!  Opening CAS through MCCC showed me a blonde woman with no name, white with a tan.  Also, she made no sound in CAS either.  She's got a full set of clothes, interestingly the bunny costume isn't even one of her outfits. 
I wonder if the Flower Bunny is some other sim, in disguise for the event?  I'll definitely be watching for a female sim who looks like the one in CAS now.

The game just randomly chooses a game generated NPC townie and throws the Flower Bunny suit on them so it is quite possible your Sim already knew them. Often it is a newly generated NPC townie, but not always, as you have found out.
