Unable to delete an item

Hi y'all, I have a set of fruit skewers on my sims floor after a barbecue and I can't clean them up - they are as if they are on the BBQ still!

I can't clean them up cos the Sim says he can''t get to them to clean them up and I can't shift-click to delete them either or move them around in build mode.

My sim is seeing the room as gross cos it, any help would be great!

Try building a room around the grilled food, then delete the room. This should deleted both the room and stuck grilled food.

The tip can also be used on any un-deletable object. -- Build a room around object, then delete the room. This should delete both the room and un-deletable or stuck object.

How To Get Rid of the Undeleteable Objects:

1. In live mode and paused, open the cheats console by pressing the keys Shift Ctrl C together. A box should appear in the top left corner of your screen.

2. Click in the box and type testingcheats on and press Enter. You should see a message Cheats are Enabled.

3. Type in bb. moveobjects and then try to delete the object.

If that doesn't work -

4. Shift-click on the object, and select Reset Object (Debug).
