Pancakes Triumphant

Goal
The goal is to place a Pancake child of Bob and Eliza in each house in Willow Creek. There are two ways to do this: either become friendly enough with someone in the household to ask to move in or buy the house. You may add a house to the 3 empty lots in Willow Creek.

General Challenge Rules
The General Challenge Rules always apply. If applicable, exceptions will be noted below.

Specific Challenge Rules

• In CAS, create an adult Sim and move the Sim into a house in Willow Creek. Add houses to the 3 empty lots in Willow Creek.
• Use Manage Households* to take Bob and Eliza into CAS and give them 6 Teen children. After that, Bob and Eliza can Try For Baby to have 9 more children (no adoption allowed). Traits for the children must be randomized.
• No adding to household except through pregnancy.
• Babies can be aged up when good friends with one Pancake.
• Toddlers can be aged up when good friends with two Pancakes.
• Children can be aged up when good friends with three Pancakes.
• Teens can be aged up when good friends with four Pancakes.
• Young Adults must cook a plate of excellent Pancakes (regular or gummy bear) before they can move out.
• "Fill empty houses" must be left unchecked.
• Furniture can be sold, but Pique Hearth must have a bed for each Sim, a bathroom, and a source of food. Everywhere the Pancakes move, there must be a bed, bathroom, and source of food.
• Nothing may be placed in Household Inventory.
• Houses may not be bulldozed.
• Sims may not be deliberately killed.
• Only one Pancake is allowed to move at a time, and once a Pancake offspring has moved, he or she may not move again. Money may not be transferred into the Pancakes household when a Pancake offspring moves out.
• Bob and Eliza must continue to live in their house.
• No one in the Pancakes household is allowed to buy a lottery ticket.
• The challenge ends when all Willow Creek homes are occupied by Pancakes.

*Household Management will also have to be used to move a Pancakes offspring into an unoccupied house, and to return to Bob and Eliza's household after moving an offspring out. These are the only acceptable uses of Household Management.

Scoring

Time (Minutes): When you move in the last Pancake, pause your game and note the Week, Day, and hour. Plug the information into [Lena's Spreadsheet] to give you the total minutes for your score.

Ch-Ch-Changes
The team does not want to edit and make changes to the ruleset once this event goes live, but we may have to. If an exploit is brought to our attention or we discover something else we reserve the right to ask affected players to redo their effort.

Can we choose traits and aspiration for that sim?

Add houses to the 3 empty lots in Willow Creek.

I assume these have to be Maxis-made ones, right? Other than that, are there any restrictions? For example, can I put three copies of the same lot? And do I have to place them as 'furnished'?

Traits for the children must be randomized.

What about the aspirations? (both child's and adult's)

Yes, but you won't be playing that Sim at all.

A question on the "moving out" of the young adults. Talking specifically about when the teens age to YA, and they can't all move out at once. What is the time limit that we have to wait for each to move out? A few hours? A day? Thanks

As soon as they've made their excellent batch of pancakes. But they each have to move to a different house.

I'm just going to glare at the expensive houses in willow creek. Amazing idea for a challenge so many variables stops it from getting a tiny bit grindy. We all know that the Sims can be a little same day different skill so it's nice to multi task.
