Lagging issue

Hello, sorry if this posted on wrong section.

When I am doing on some activities, my sims only stand and doing nothing. It happened frequently like when my sims done eating and only stand while it should take a bath or working (just because of this lagging, I had late on working sometimes). 

Does anyone on console ever face this issue?

It sounds like this is an issue for both consoles. There is a suggested fix to try for the PS4, but none for the Xbox, at this time.
