In this great episode, Geeta asks if you're sure about your life choices, Geeta bakes a cake, and Geeta sits on a Bed*.

*eventually, but you've probably seen that already and wondered how we even got there.
But first! To be an oasis of calm, in a world of innovation, Nancy in her athletic outfit that you've seen running about your neighborhood for literally years.
I don't want to change her outfits too much. A Landgraab must be recognizable as a Landgraab.
You know it's nearly time to age up when I allow a child to play Voidcritters. I think they're very cool -- the trading, the leveling up, all that is fun. It's just not a priority.
Then it was agreed (with Hobart -- he wanted this) that really, he should play Voidcritters in his room. Let's make use of that space.
And while fitting out his room with cheap, not-precious, child friendly furniture, I had an urge to put a DJ booth in the awkward rectangular room right next door. None shall sleep. Though I sincerely doubt Nancy will be playing
Nessun Dorma. Yes, Nancy. And she has the Handy trait for instant upgrades.
Friday, spring, week 14 was Spice Festival day. For all my speculating on a wife for Hobart, when I was looking through the residents of San Myshuno I remembered that I really have to use Geeta Rasoya. In my research before starting this save, her name popped up as on of the more hated sims.
She's a snob, she seems to invite herself over unasked, and keeps neighbors awake with constant woohooing. This will be her moment. I never use her, she usually dies in the background pretty soon. One of the things with this save is to use pre-made sims I have otherwise completely overlooked. I reckon there's nice elegant facial features. Obviously she has to be aged down in CAS, but I have zero qualms about that as she's an immortal vampire anyway. Very few players will have had Children by Geeta. (That also sounds like a fragrance to me, the kind that would have a black and white TV advert, classy font and French man just the right amount of disheveled to make ladies swoon. Children. By Geeta.)
That's a little disturbing as far as first meetings go. But this is Sims, and their ages will meet in the middle.
I've noticed aliens do the Spice Challenge easily (unless that's false pattern recognition) and with that in mind Hobart tried. He failed. Hmm. I'm sure I've had grown up alien sims, met at the bar or scientist office party, complete the spice challenge first time without any history of eating spicy food, and I was putting that down to... being an alien. Hmm.
Regardless, the festival was a success. Aidan got asked for a selfie a 3rd time, and will now complete the fame aspiration with enough positive cheers. And we bought the shirt, and met Geeta, and learned a new recipe.
It was also the end of Aidan's university term. It's harder to get a full set of A+ from home. Sims just aren't going to arrive at class on time. But he did well, most were A, one B, and his overall GPA raised from a D (he really did slack off) to a B-. That's great, but he only has one class in his final term, and even if he aces it... will it be enough to get him up to A overall? I'd like a degree with honours, but it might be out of reach. We'll see.
Anywho, being the weekend he had time to visit the Magic Realm and pick up more spells and potion recipes. He already has the spellcaster level to know everything, he just doesn't.
Scarlet!
This time he beat her.
But Nancy feels the beat.
I'm sorry. Bad pun. We're all sorry.
Aidan has completed his potion collection, they're all excellent, and there are spares for Rejuvenation an Immortality as last time. Here, Aidan offers a lovely gal from the city a swig of something he hasn't made himself, but is sure it'll be fine!
And here Aidan offers a lovely gal from the city a swig of another something he hasn't made either, but is sure it'll be fine this time!
With immortality sorted out, he made a vampire cure and figured he might as well invite Geeta to the household and have her drink it now.
Hobart is some way ahead of Ava, and when he's a young adult he and Geeta can move to a lot of my choosing. Aidan already knows the vampire cure, and it's just less hassle than needing Hobart to learn it some time later. I haven't given any thought to Ava's future husband, but if he's a vampire I might do the same and have Aidan make the cure while I'm still with this house. Aidan isn't making an important phone call, Scarlet just wanted to gossip.
Geeta was aged down.
Two things are immediately apparent. Even as a young adult, she has grey hair. That's her hair colour.
Also, she's not all natural. She knows the same cosmetic surgeon as Nancy. And that limits you to what tops she can wear that could possibly give that much support. Nothing looks good. I couldn't live with it and she now has one of the default body types. Should I change her hair? I have a feeling that grey hair might confuse the coding and give a child with something totally different. And that's the reason to leave it be. On the other hand I can hear you saying "yeah but it's still grey and it makes no sense", and that's totally right and valid. She has quite a sharp chin, but on the whole I think she might make nice kids.
Geeta bakes Hobart's cake.
She's all StrangerVille because I have that town in mind for them. Hobart's an alien. It seems to fit. Maybe Geeta can be the StrangerVille hero.
The household, sans Ava, then visited Sulani for the sake of Aidan and Nancy trying to achieve that beach life vibe.
That feels like a "caption this!" contest.
Nancy found treasure and has completed the aspiration, but Aidan failed. So we'll be back here eventually.
At the Starlight Accolades that evening, Scarlet won. I wonder if I'll ever get an awards show where only sims in my dynasty win?
Hobart is of course a Global Superstar, day 1 of being a teen. His video that he rushed didn't win anything.
Yes, I've got palm trees in pots next to an indoor pool again. Scarlet won at juice pong, but I'm sure that's no punishment for her brother. She now has a key to the house.
Nancy was approaching elder, and asked Aidan to sort out his priorities and give her some magic potions. Not just give them to the grey hair new girl.
Yes, that potion failed (why does the first one always fail?), she's belching out black stuff, so you know how that ends. But the next one worked.
And finally, because I think this is picture 25, Miss Ava Landgraab.
I'll do a short addendum to show her nicely in CAS.
