Quirk behaviors don't stop

Hey guys,

Do any of you know how to truly remove quirk behavior? I feel I have tried everything, yet the behaviors associated with Juice Addict and Phone Enthusiast (and more) will not go away. I have tried removing the quirks via cheats and even mods. But even though they no longer list, the Sim still displays the behaviors. It's a Sim that I have done a lot with and thus many hours of play will be lost if I have to start them over. The situation upsets me greatly.

Sorry for the late reply, I haven't found anything other than the old 'Traits.Remove_trait X' cheat which you say doesn't remove it 100%  Have you tried using MCCC?

@Playalot Yep, tried everything. Nothing fixes it. I decided to delete the save. From now on, I will be adding quirks (using cheats) that I want, before any develop naturally.

I was on the bug reporting site and I saw that this had been reported as a bug by many. The I believe they are looking into it.

I've noticed the same thing with some CAS traits, Loner especially.  I've found that if you use a Retraiting Potion it seems to work properly, but changing the trait in CAS with the full edit mode cheat will have the moodlets linger.
Have you tried buying a Quirk-B-Gone?  I've rid my sims of Vain Street successfully using that, but that's the only annoying one I've had my sims end up with.

This is a known bug. But it was supposed to be fixed. Guess not.
