there's a little section on opportunities where it says this:

So Carl, that's pretty interesting. As far as I know there are no upgrades to be done on a refrigerator so what exactly did you do to that woman's "refrigerator"?

Wow, you're right on that one. What the heck could have gone wrong there. Wrong appliance popped into my mind during the writing process I guess. I can probably just fix that to say stereo because I know I've done that one ;)
