Anyone else use the Flea Market to make money?

Somewhere along the line, I spent some time putting together a list of things that were on sale at the flea market. I realized that you can resell all the furniture and lamps for a profit. Since then, it's become a minor obsession of mine. I can generally make around 10k simoleons from the flea market. Not a big deal if you are a level 10 painter, but it's pretty good money if you are just starting out.

I've never seen a topic on this, so I'm wondering if anyone else does this.

I don't resell the flea market items but I do use it for my painter sims etc. I make it a 'rule' that they can only sell their paintings at the flea market otherwise they become way too rich too quickly.
