Graphic Error

Hi, I don't know whether to post this here or in the tech forum. Anyway, In my apocalypse family, I got this strange panel or whatever you want to call it outside the house. I've tried evicting them and moving them back in, but it didn't work. I'm in the process now of rebuilding the house on the same lot. I'm not sure if that will work or not. Maybe the best thing to do is just move them to a completely different lot?

Well, I seem to have solved it. Not how it appeared in the first place, but I just had the thought of trying the hammer on it and it worked! I'm wondering if it was maybe part of a half gable roof? I really have no idea, but I was successful with hammer in removing it.
